Major cheat code for life: Make peace with being unimpressive to the outside world. Drive the normal car. Wear the simple clothes. Live below your means. Stay in the committed relationship. The ability to look ordinary while building an extraordinary life is wildly underrated.

6 years as a firefighter taught me that if you wear your seatbelt, it is very difficult to die in a car crash, even a relatively high speed one. It also taught me that it is very easy to die if you are not wearing a seatbelt. I can't tell you how many times I was first on scene to a 50+ mph crash, even head on or rollovers, and the cars were smashed to shit, but everyone in the cars was completely fine, not much more than some scratches or bruises. In many cases, all occpants were out of the vehicles and walking around before we even got there. But if anyone wasn't wearing their seatbelt, they were seriously fucked up or dead on arrival.

Major life hack: Don't complain, ever. Nobody likes a complainer. They drain the energy of everyone around them. It's exhausting spending time around someone who constantly complains about things outside their control. If it's within your control, go do something about it. If it's not, you're just wasting energy thinking about it. Complaining gives too much power to the thing. Take back that power.
LATEST🚨: Constant complaining can train your brain to notice more negativity.

When you train enough people, you learn EVERY kind of training method works High volume Moderate volume Low volume Light medium heavy Every tool (barbell's dumbbells machine, machines, cables, freeways, kettle, bells, calisthenics), every training style has its avatars who get great results The only broad principle is consistency with effort

You don’t have to be a clueless manager tbh. He’s 31 years old Bruno CAREER Totals - Total Euros knockouts G/A - 0 - Total World Cup knockouts G/A - 1 - Total UCL knockouts G/A - 1 - Total Nations League knockouts G/A - 1 - Never even been in a title race Only shines in the Europa League………and even then, we know how his two performances in Finals went (Villareal and SPURS) He has consistently disappeared when the light is at its brightest. For both club and country Again, he’s 31 years old James Harden
You really do have to be one of the most clueless managers around in order to make Bruno Fernandes looks like he lacks creativity. I’m in genuine disbelief at how poor and insecure Portugal have been this summer. 😓

Liar. We judged you because we stuck with you during your darkest days. Arsene continue to extend your contract even when we hardly get anything from you because you’re always injured. I could remember one unnecessary friendly that you went to play against Brazil & got injured. It was a Felipe Melo tackle and you came back to the treatment room once again even when you’re warn to prioritize the club. We still stuck with you after that and just a good season and half, contract came and you assured us you’re gonna sign, you highlighted how the club supported you, your family, your household and even made reference to your grandpa who was at the time 90+ years, how your wife and children feel at home but in the end you showed us your true colors. I didn’t even believe it until I read life on your website. You degraded Wenger who above all trusted you through your darkest days. You degraded your teammates. You degraded the fans and the board. In all of these you acted like you didn’t care but now you want to save face and pretend all is well @Persie_Official … we don’t know you and never will.
Robin van Persie: “The most difficult moment of my career was leaving Arsenal. It wasn’t an easy decision, and deep down I never truly wanted to walk away. People judged me without knowing everything that was happening behind the scenes. Football is never as simple as it looks from the outside. When I faced Arsenal after leaving, I always wanted to perform at my best. That’s the mentality of every professional—you want to prove yourself against your former club. No matter what happened, Arsenal will always be a huge part of my career and my journey in football.” 🔴⚪️ #Arsenal #RobinVanPersie #AFC #Football

No ill feelings. He was a good servant for us and even a better ambassador when he left. He’s 33, will turn 34 less than a month after he joins Chelsea. He’s near retirement and there’s no point turning down a good retirement pension plan. Good luck Granit.
🚨🔵 The agreement between Chelsea and Granit Xhaka on personal terms is guaranteed. Xhaka is driving the move personally as he wants #CFC, wants to reunite with Xabi Alonso and wants to live in London. Deal depends on the clubs. 🎥 youtu.be/Gdq1g3f9m78?si=ow8t…

Feel absolutely nothing watching England now. I’ve no idea how it’s got to this. Are we just much more invested in our own club sides? Literally couldn’t care if they went through or not. Anyone else?
