@PMOIndia @HMOIndia @DelhiPolice @DCPNewDelhi @DCPWestDelhi @DCPSouthDelhi @DcpNorthDelhi @DCP_NorthWest @dcpouter @DCPCentralDelhi @DCPNEastDelhi @DCPEastDelhi @dcp_southwest

My take on #Modi@25 . Here is a tentative list of 25 records and “firsts” associated with Narendra Modi as Gujarat Chief Minister (from 7 October 2001) and Prime Minister (from 26 May 2014), focused on political, organisational and policy thresholds.: 1. He was a party organiser; he won the Rajkot-II by-election in February 2002 to meet the constitutional requirement. 3. Many Groups including the Cockroach Janta Party got FULL permission to protest at Jantar Mantar. Infact the CJP rightfully got it the SECOND their boy landed at the airport. So why the discrimination againt the General Category students & youth? Why are they DENIED permission even after applying properly, waiting, begging? One can agree or disagree with them but this is BS! This is not democracy. This is open discrimination. One can absolutely disagree with the #21AugReservationHataoAndolan but they have a right to protest. @neha_laldas @talk2anuradha @ajeetbharti

🚨Kejriwal had no idea that he is falling in his own trap, this order will be remembered for years 🔥 🧨In a powerful, detailed oral judgment, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma has dismissed Kejriwal’s recusal application in the Delhi liquor policy case. 🫡She refused to bow down to Kejriwal’s theatrical drama and will continue hearing the CBI’s revision petition. ❌Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma didn’t take the easy exit. She could have recused and walked away peacefully. Instead, she delivered a masterclass in judicial courage and dismissed Arvind Kejriwal’s recusal application in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. ⚡️Powerful lines that hit hard: ✅“The easier path of recusal would have offered an easy exit. But this court knows that the office of a judge demands restraint and silence - silence must not cause injury to the institution itself.” ✅”The robe this court wears is not so light.” This court will stand up for itself and the institution, even if it appears difficult. ✅“If these grounds are accepted, the qualification of judicial office would have to be redrawn.” ✅“A recusal will carry deeper ramifications.” Accepting such applications based on mere apprehensions, aspersions, and social media narratives would turn justice into “justice managed.” ✅On the family allegations: “In the absence of any proof of misuse by children of a judge, not a whisper of such allegation can be made.” ✅She exposed the game: The recusal plea came not with evidence, but with doubts cast on her integrity. “Personal apprehensions have not passed the test of reasonable bias. Recusal has to stem from law, not narrative.” ✅A politician cannot sit in judgment over judicial competence. 🎯Real talk, Kejriwal:
You turned the courtroom into a stage for political drama - questioning a judge’s children, creating catch-22 traps, and manufacturing bias when the case didn’t suit you. But one judge refused to let the institution bleed. Today, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma didn’t just dismiss a plea - she protected the reputation and independence of the entire judiciary from political bullying and forum shopping. This moment will be remembered: When a politician tried to manipulate justice through theatre, a fearless judge stood tall and said - not on my watch. 🥸Kejriwal - The robes are heavier than you thought. Stop targeting the Judiciary for political gains. 🇮🇳Are you celebrating this decision?🔥 #Kejriwal #DelhiLiquorScam #DelhiHighCourt

Watching @ShreyasIyer15 perform that acrobatic fielding to assist in taking the “team catch “ made me appreciate how fielding has evolved since my retirement. For a long time, I felt like the “father of fielding”, but watching these modern athletes with their timing and awareness on the boundary line, makes me feel like the “grandfather of fielding”! I spent 99% of my career fielding in the inner circle, and when I started working as a fielding coach, there was no focus on the modern day “hotspots” on the boundaries. It was only when I started working with @mipaltan and saw Kieron Pollard, and then Glenn Maxwell, performing these incredible “airborne saves” on the boundaries that we started focusing on not only taking catches off balls that were already beyond the rope, but even saving the ball from going for a sixer, and forcing the batters to run only 1 or 2. With impact players transforming the way that batters can continuously attack the bowling, even with the loss of 4-5 wickets, bowlers need to be backed up by their fielders, and Shreyas’ spectacular“catch and release” was a perfect example of that. But let’s face it; when your head coach is @RickyPonting, one of the greatest fielders in the game, it should not come as a great surprise to see such incredible feats in the field!

The judgment in the Delhi excise case has come from a lower court. In the past, even the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India have made strong and damning observations in related proceedings. Whether this judgment withstands scrutiny in higher courts remains to be seen. The legal process is far from over. If Arvind Kejriwal was so honest, why did the Delhi government roll back and alter the policy once irregularities were flagged? Why were multiple phones and SIM cards destroyed? Why was the number of vendors reduced so sharply while commissions were increased from 6% to 12%? These decisions raise serious and legitimate questions. The kickbacks are not a figment of imagination, they are issues placed before the courts and the public. More importantly, Kejriwal’s “one on one free” scheme harmed families across Delhi. His policies increased liquor prices and hurt households. He deserves the strictest punishment for running what was a morally bankrupt government. The people of Delhi have already expressed their verdict through the ballot. Now, the judiciary will continue its examination. With further levels of judicial scrutiny pending, the final word is yet to be written.

There is just 1 person for doing the fitment of the New HSRP number plates at Panta Nagar, Ghatkopar east center. I had an appointment at 3:00pm, like always I was there on time but sadly there were nearly 8-10 people waiting in a queue. I have paid 879Rs. and now also have to waste Time. Why implement things in a hurry when our existing machinery cant handle the load. Same happened with demonetization,GST and so many other hasty implementations. Majority wont complain as may be their time is not that valuable but my time is super valuable.
