It's about efficiency, not fear. Every time someone insists that I "call them when I can", it always devolves into time wasting conversation and the actual issue they need could have been conveyed in 1-2 sentences max over text or email when I could have been doing something else

One thing us millennials won't be bothering the next generation with is saying dumb things like "I won't know what to do with myself when I retire" because we have hobbies and lives outside of work.
Diesel could be $25/gallon, and regular $20/gallon and nothing will change. Anyone that says otherwise hasn't noticed how no matter how big the headline, nothing changed.
It has come to my attention that "fursuits" have created a bit of discourse recently.
People say they feel they feel singled out by not having one themselves, so effective immediately. Fursuits will no longer be allowed at furcons.
If you don't want to have fun, stay home.
