A tyre manufacturer wants longer life. A shipowner wants less corrosion. A data-centre operator needs to remove more heat.
HydroGraphโs graphene could help all three.
Its application work targets expensive problems across industries:
๐ TYRES โ Reinforce rubber to improve wear resistance and durability. Longer-lasting tyres could lower replacement costs and waste.
๐ก๏ธ COATINGS โ Slow the penetration of water and oxygen, helping protect ships, bridges and industrial equipment from corrosion.
๐๏ธ CONCRETE โ Reduce cement consumption while preserving strength. HG reports equivalent 28-day compressive strength with 20% less cement in tests.
๐ PLASTICS โ Reduce component weight and material use. HG reports 30% lightweighting in customer programmes.
โ๏ธ LUBRICANTS โ Reduce friction and protect moving parts. HG reports 70% less wear in engine-oil testing.
โ๏ธ AI COOLING โ Improve heat transfer through graphene-enhanced cooling fluids and thermal interface materials.
The attraction is the economics. Less material. Less maintenance. Longer service life. Better performance from products manufacturers already sell.
Now imagine just ONE major tyre manufacturer qualifying HydroGraphโs graphene for widespread use.
An illustrative 1 gram per tyre across 100 million tyres would require 100 tonnes of graphene every year. Actual dosage and adoption would depend on qualification. The market is huge: worldwide, around 2.6 billion tyres were produced in 2025.
A tiny ingredient can become substantial recurring demand when it goes into millions of products.
HydroGraphโs October update says multiple advanced customers have progressed into negotiations covering prices, volumes and supply terms. The first larger purchase orders are expected within 2026.

For most of the 10+ years I spent at Sprott, we had a running inflation/deflation debate that often got rather heated.
Each time the economy and the stock market collapsed, Eric grew very weary of a deflationary depression.
I always argued (to the point of nearly being fired on my early years) that the central bankers will bail out their banker buddies as they always have. That they will create money and monetize any bad debts they see fit. That they can and will push prices up of anything they choose. Preventing deflation is rather easy if you really want to be a reckless government with a supportive central bank.
Maintaining reasonable employment levels is at the core more important than inflation targeting.
Still, the drawdowns in these periods of retrenchment can be extremely nasty. Like we are seeing now. Gold and silver can drop 50-70% no problem. Itโs happened over and over again as golds moved from $20 to $6000 in the century.
All this said, I always felt long term inflation is the greatest worry. Especially for younger people
But now, Iโm starting to get really concerned about the 3 massive deflationary forces that are building up. Robotics, Ai and nanotechnology. The combo is going to super deflationary.
Huge job lossesโฆ and frankly I donโt think anyone has a clue where people getting laid off will end up getting hired. Itโs easy for those doing the firing to say that it will sort itself out. But, as companies cut 10โs of thousands of high paying middle aged workers and our youth graduate school with completely useless degreesโฆ. Well, Houstonโฆ we got a problem.
I think the response will be printing and bailing along with infrastructure spending.
Governments will have no choice but to fund these massive projects and use freshly printed money to do it.
This remains core to my investment thesis. We must prepare for the downside and expect high volatility. But, position for what sectors will experience growth and margin expansion.
Quality producers of commodities and nano tech companies with valuable patent portfolios will ultimately prove to be the best safe haven over this next decade. Just like how the tech stocks mostly had a lost decade post Y2K with many failing. We will see a lot of struggles in todayโs bubble stocks
We likely have barely heard of the companies that will be the best for performing stocks of the next 10-15 years. Many are probably still private and just getting started. :)

Iโve been trying to figure out why the NYSE checked box 3 instead of 4 this morning. Itโs suggests a contradiction in the expiration process that people were expecting.
If the warrants simply reached October 30, 2026, and expired unexercised into voided paper, the exchange would be legally required to cite (a)(4) instead (rights extinguished).
However, if GameStop structured an asset distribution or recapitalization prior to expiration:
1. The old $GME Warrants ceased to exist in their pure standalone form.
2. The contract now legally represents an entitlement to a substitute security or basket of assets (Reference Property).
3. The NYSE checks (a)(3) because the instruments now โevidence other securities in substitution therefor.โ
So, if checking (a)(3) is the intended statutory description of the eventโฆ
Instead of letting the warrants collapse into oblivion, GameStop's board may have invoked the anti-dilution/recapitalization mechanics of Article IV to transition the warrant deliverable into a composite unit or substitute asset tied to its broader capital strategy, requiring the exchange to record the transition as a substitution of securities under paragraph (a)(3).
Between the Bitcoin on the balance sheet and the $EBAY stake, and the flexibility in the Warrant Agreement to spin off additional warrant series, this obviously leaves a lot of room for speculation.
The Warrant Agreement was crafted as a holding company playbook. Rather than acting as a standard corporate debt sweetener or simple dilution instrument, its legal language gives the board the exact mechanisms required to pivot, wrap external assets (like corporate stakes or treasury reserves) into exercisable โunitsโ, and alter derivative terms without running into shareholder approval deadlocks.
This is also why they were still trading for $0.20 yesterday instead of $0.02. The only options contracts expiring today that were worth more than the warrants were the ones that were in the money already, despite the stock trading $8 below the exercise strike price. The market was still pricing in the flexibility of the agreement.
I keep going back to the name of the Warrant Agreement. โProject Genesisโ.
The agreement wasn't drafted merely as a standard stock-purchase coupon; it was engineered from day one as the foundational legal blueprint (โGenesisโ) for a multi-stage corporate evolution.
$GME Warrants are apparently expired.
My broker told me another event popped up on their end that had no context.
He told me to keep my eye on the situation, that the event could just be the expiry, but it didnt give him that info directly. So he said it may not be an expiry, it could be another event that could take place over the weekend?
HANG IN THERE!
๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅFOUND THE EQV FORM 25! NYSE checked 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(3) on March 5th, 2026.
The EXACT SAME provision selected for GameStop's GME.WS warrants on October 30th.
Now we have an actual SEC precedent to compare. ๐ป
$EQV completed its business combination with Presidio on March 4th.
Its warrants converted one-for-one into successor warrants at the same $11.50 exercise price, subsequently trading as FTW.WS.
The Form 25 and corporate filings document the entire transition.
Old securities out, replacement securities in.
Two Form 25 filings.
Same regulatory provision.
One documented substitution. For $EQV, we know precisely what replaced the warrants.
For GME.WS, the corresponding successor hasn't been identified.
With borrow fees reaching 3,625% on expiration day, I want the paperwork explaining NYSE's selection.
The precedent is real.
The unanswered question just got a whole lot sharper. ๐๐ฅ

Checking back in Greg's history of MacBook posts, we find one that stands out significantly [out of only a few total].
AppleTV reposted TIM COOK, which Greg just mentioned recently [Tim Cook /Steve Jobs rolling in his grave edit on October 21st]:
"Merry Christmas Eve, Carol. Be sure to leave some Milk out for Santa."
- Tim Cook
"Hi Carol,
We thought you might like this festive artwork by KEITH Thomson, made on MacBook Pro."
"Bro typed in a prompt on a MacBook"
- Greg
He only ever mentioned a MacBook a 3 other times, with 2 in the context of WINNING.
The Christmas post was made on Christmas Eve, 12/24/25....
THE VERY NIGHT BEFORE @TheRoaringKitty POSTED HIS GIFTBOX!!!
THE GIFT COMES TOMORROW.
This is EXTREMELY significant in light of Greg's "sh-" post yesterday.
As I've been repeating in my posts, Greg only ever posted SHIT ๐ฉ twice:
1) He posted "shit" on 6/13/24, the exact same day RK posted his "Dune" SANDWORM ๐ชฑ meme, which Greg's last post HEAVILY alluded to with the "Star Wars" 3,720 to 1 odds SPACEWORM ๐ชฑ post [READ THE QUOTED POST]
2) Greg replied "oh shit" to @ryancohen posting "Mr. Hankey The Christmas Poo" on 4/29/21.
I began writing about this last night, and began confirming the CHRISTMAS GIFT RK post last night as well!!!!
NOW GREG HAS DOUBLE CONFIRMED IT!!!
This is also SIGNIFICANT in light of RK's "Watchmen" post on June 3rd 2021.
Rorschach is taking a Rorschach test. Oh the irony!!!
He seems a BUTTERFLY [DK BUTTERFLY ๐ฆ], FLOWERS ๐ [Greg posted SHIT about Iggy AZALIA, which is a FLOWER ๐ผ ๐ธ], and CLOUDS [ ๐ โ๏ธ ].

1) The Big Lebowski [The Dude gets an imprint from a notepad which RK edited to be Ryan Cohen flexing his giant ๐]
2) The "Roaring Kitty is secretly running this company from behind the scenes" meme which cuts to "SUPERBAD".
There are all kinds of ๐'s in those drawings, the two that stick out the most are the one where the ๐ is made to look like Wendy from @Wendys "Wanna SNACK on my BOX ๐ฆ " and of course the MOAB ๐.

"Legend says they're still diving right in to this day"
The poor fella in the video sounds like he's never spoken to a human being before lol.
But there's some interesting quotes in the video:
"Let's do this."
"Fun, light, and meaningful? I'm ALL IN."
"You lead the way and I'll follow."
What a buildup!
Greg posted this as a paid promotion for the "5-guys" AI video, so let's circle back to it right quick:
The post itself contains a full countdown just in the text:
โข 5-guys
โข 4x faster than OpenAI GPT-Live
โข 300 ms response time
โข s2s model
โข first 100 to sign up get 1 month free

Greg commented 5-Guys at 4:04pm, exactly 6,900 seconds after his previous post.
404 generally means "Error", it can also mean "asset not found" in terms of Algorithmic market making and High Frequency Trading [HFT] models.
It is quite interesting that the "prism" post does talk a lot about models!
Of course @larryvc grounded the meaning of 5-Guys as the Gamestop board of directors, so this does seem to indicate imminent corporate action.
This is also interesting:
The post came exactly 3 hours and 57 minutes after his Airpods [ ๐ ๐ ] post that perfectly predicted a Green ๐ reversal and hinted at an upcoming Red Button push.
That is 237 minutes
14,220 seconds
So we do have a 741 in there as well as a 420.
The post landed exactly 1 hour and 2 minutes after his 5-Guys comment.
62 mins
3,720 secs
So we have a mirror ๐ช:
3,720 secs ๐ช 237 mins
Do you remember that number?
3,720?
Go look back at my "Greg and the Odds" post.
He posted about Kim Jong Un dying by sharing a post with a 2,370 DAY delta [back from April of 2020].
That made me think of @TheRoaringKitty's "Star Wars" post...
"But sir, the odds of surviving an astroid field are 3,720 to 1!"
"NEVER TELL ME THE ODDS!!!"
About an hour later, Gamestop released its Warrant Reminder...
And just like Han Solo flying the Millennium Falcon, we flew RIGHT down into the hole of the asteroid.
๐ณ
So.... here we have the 2,370 DAY delta which matches perfectly the 237 MINUTE delta.
And NOW, we have a 3,720 SECOND delta which PERFECTLY MATCHES the 3,720 to 1 ODDS!!!
Watch the movie, after hanging out in the HOLE ๐ณ for a while, they realize it's a GIANT SPACEWORM ๐ชฑ.
They ๐ out of the WORM'S ๐ชฑ BELLY JUST AT THE VERY LAST SECOND.
Much like how Gamestop Warrants pumped at the VERY LAST SECOND to almost 40% at close!!!
We are NOT done yet.
The cycle is complete. Now it is OUR TURN to ROCKET ๐ out of the HOLE!!!
Even more incredible is Greg's "CRAZY" post from yesterday which showed an APE ๐...
"I hate it when I eat a hotdog and INSTANTLY have to sh-"
Greg has only EVER used the word SHIT ๐ฉ TWICE:
1) He replied "oh shit" to @ryancohen's Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo ๐ฉ " post in April of 2021.
2) He said he will eat his own shit if Iggy Azalia [flowers] stops posting the COIN tweet on June 13th, 2024...
THE EXACT SAME DAY ROARING KITTY POSTED HIS "DUNE" SANDWORM ๐ชฑ POST!!!!
Are the hairs on your arms standing up right now?
Do you have GOOSEBUMPS???
THE CYCLE IS COMPLETE.
WE HAVE SURVIVED THE 3,720 TO 1 ODDS.
SANDWORM ๐ชฑ TIME!!!
But wait, THERE'S MORE!!!
Somehow, this gets EVEN BETTER.
Look back at every time Greg said, "Legend Says"...
On 3/9 2021, Greg replied to RK's "Forrest Gump" post with him RUNNING: A Legend. A MONKEY ๐ holding up GAMESTOP [Remember the APE from his ๐ฉ post?]
At 10:20 pm [17 hours = 1020 seconds, signaled on Flight Time Greg post] on 6/24/21, "This is how LASER EYES are born" on a post with LIGHTNING.โก๏ธ
At 4:17pm on 6/8/21, Greg wishes Keith Gill a HAPPY BIRTHDAY calling him a LEGEND.
And on 3/21/23 at 7:39pm, Greg posts "Now we just need the LEGEND to come back" with the picture of Keith Gill in his GAME OVER shirt. Notice those numbers... we have a 2, 3, AND a 7.
3,720 to 1.

๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ 4.24 MILLION GME.WS warrants reported short as of October 15th.
Fast-forward to October 28th.
Nearly 4.9 MILLION warrants traded, the price jumped 34.6%, and borrowing costs reached 2,323.75% earlier in the day.
Good grief. ๐คช
At 3:30 PM, the borrow fee was 2,123.25%, with ZERO shares available from the reporting lender.
Even after dropping from the morning peak, borrowing remained ridiculously expensive.
And the reported short interest had only fallen 1.42% between September 30th and October 15th.
October 29th is the final scheduled NYSE trading day. Expiration hits October 30th at 5 PM ET.
Shorts aren't automatically forced to cover just because warrants expire, but broker recalls and risk limits can change the equation.
Four million-plus reported short warrants heading toward the finish line, and nobody knows how many remain open today. ๐๐ฅ
๐ค๐ญ GME.WS closed October 28 at $0.4201, up 34.6%.
Now pull up Roaring Kitty's TIME image.
Video duration?
04:20.
Playback position?
01:09.
Tell me those numbers don't make you look twice. ๐
We've been tracking Kitty's TIME references and countdown imagery for months.
Now the warrants land on $0.4201, with 420 staring right back at us, one trading session before the October 30th expiration deadline.
Could be pure coincidence.
A stock price isn't proof of a hidden message.
But $0.4201, 04:20, 01:09, and the clock running out?
I'm adding it to the research timeline. ๐๐ป
๐จ๐ฆ Canada's Real Estate Bubble: This Time Is NOT Different.
As I've said many times, I've studied and documented financial bubbles throughout history.
Canada's real estate bubble is a classic example of speculative excess, fueled by decades of expanding credit, falling interest rates, and the belief that property prices could rise indefinitely.
Nothing particularly different about it except, apparently, to Canadians.
I've updated my Investor Psychology Bubble Cycle model to illustrate where Canadian housing stands today: between denial and fear.
The 2022 peak is behind us.
The credit cycle has turned.
Valuations remain extreme.
Demographics are deteriorating.
History suggests the most painful phase of a bubble often arrives AFTER the initial decline, when confidence finally gives way to forced selling and deleveraging.
Economic Winter doesn't ask investors whether they believe in cycles.
And to those who insist, โIt's different this timeโ
May the gods of credit spare you from the consequences of ignoring history.
