There were 3 chains taking a shot at onchain gaming. One shut down. One pivoted to AI. Just as game development speed and time to market has reduced by 10 x or more. One is still here.

Today, many games and applications are looking for a new chain and Ronin welcomes you with open arms. If this is you, I want you to know: We've been here since 2018 (Axie) and 2021 (Ronin) proving our anti-fragility. We have gamers ready to play, collect, and trade innovative, immersive experiences. If you're looking for a new chain, whether it's a home-base or a new multi-chain expansion option, Ronin is ready to welcome you 🤝 You can reach out to @JaseTheWizard as a first step to learn more ⚔️ Please do note that if your plan is just to appeal to the current Ronin community, you will likely fail. Ronin is a vibrant, battle-hardened community, but you will still need to be good at getting your own users! We have a system called proof of distribution that rewards builders for the value they bring to the chain. It pays out RON rewards (real tokens) monthly based on a variety of metrics. You can view the current leaderboard here: pod.roninchain.com/ to get a sense of the metrics the system values and the teams currently on Ronin!
