Douglas Murray warns that Britain has forgotten the biblical lesson that 'men of violence take it by force', and predicts that Britain will see its holy places burned and its heroes destroyed, and that it must decide whether it wants to be an observer at its own funeral.

Really?
Perhaps Douglas Murray is not aware that Winston Churchill was noted for his friendliness towards Muslims, and was a very keen and important backer of the movement that created Pakistan.
His favourite holiday destination was Marrakesh, and he called the Koutoubia mosque there against the background of the Atlas Mountains the finest view in the world. He did a celebrated painting of the Koutoubia mosque.
In his younger years his relatives were even worried he would convert to Islam.
Clearly Murray who claims to be such a great admirer of Churchill doesn't know his life well.
"They know nothing about what you are, about what you represent. Your world means nothing to them. They won’t try to understand. They’ll be tired. They’ll be cold. They’ll build a fire with your lovely oak door. They’ll shit all over your terrace and wipe their hands on the books in your library. They’ll spit out your wine. They’ll eat with their hands from the pretty pewter-ware I see on your wall. Sitting on their haunches, they’ll watch as your armchairs go up in flames. They’ll use your embroidered sheets to play dress up. Every object will lose the meaning you attach to it." - Jean Raspail, The Camp of the Saints

There was once a shepherd who found a wolf caught in a snare at the edge of his pasture.
The wolf begged to be freed.
“I was hungry,” it said. “That is all. Spare me, and I will remember your mercy!”
The shepherd cut the rope.
The next night, three lambs were gone.
Again the shepherd found the wolf. Again it pleaded. Again the shepherd convinced himself that mercy was proof of his goodness.
By winter, half the flock was dead.
An old farmer finally asked him, “Why do you keep freeing it?”
The shepherd answered, “Because I refuse to become cruel.”
The farmer looked at the empty field and said, “Then understand what you have done. You were not merciful to the wolf. You were cruel to everything that trusted you to keep them safe.”
That’s the lesson.
Mercy without judgment isn’t virtue. When someone openly intends to destroy what has been entrusted to you, endless forgiveness doesn’t make you righteous. It makes everyone behind you pay for your vanity.
@TradBritGroup promote zionist, civnat scum like Douglas Murray again and you're getting unfollowed
Love and respect @DouglasKMurray but I hate Gove. He was a part of the governments and the Westminster game when all of Britains corruption and slide took place.

Only in Western civilization can you arrive as a refugee, ascend to high political office, and use that platform to relentlessly criticize the country that took you in.
Despite serious questions surrounding immigration documentation and past controversies, the U.S. Constitution still grants full protection: freedom of speech, due process, and political power.
Using American soil to attack American culture while being shielded by American laws is a paradox.
One day, critics of the West will learn to appreciate the unparalleled tolerance of the civilization that empowers them.
