🤖 The Power of AI
Built this web-based MF comparison tool in ~15 mins using only text prompts to @claudeai — with negligible coding skills.
With this tool you can:
✅ Compare up to 5 funds side by side (Small Cap, Flexi Cap, ELSS & more)
✅ Choose Direct or Regular plan with a custom date range
✅ Live NAV data straight from AMFI — no login needed
✅ CAGR (1Y–10Y), Sharpe ratio, volatility, max drawdown & ₹100 growth
✅ Rolling returns chart (1M to 10Y) — interactive
✅ Returns distribution across negative, low & high return periods
This tool will have rough edges and errors, but was quite surprised by what AI can do today.

Who is @kcvenugopalmp to “intervene” in the administration of Karnataka?
Is he a Super CM, or does the Congress high command believe elected state governments function on Delhi diktats?
Karnataka is governed by a constitutionally elected Chief Minister and Cabinet, not by an AICC General Secretary. Expressing a party opinion is one thing, issuing moral sermons and pressure tactics on a state government is blatant overreach and an insult to federalism.
What’s more troubling is the rank hypocrisy.
❓Has K C Venugopal ever shown the same urgency when medical and other waste from Kerala has been illegally dumped along Karnataka’s borders, threatening Bandipur, forest regions, public health, and wildlife?
❓ Has he spoken up for Karnataka’s environment, farmers, or border districts with the same “concern and compassion”?
Silence there. Sermons here.
This selective outrage exposes the truth: this is not about humanity or sensitivity, it’s about Congress high-command politics, Kerala appeasement, and election optics, especially when @priyankagandhi Gandhi represents Kerala.
Karnataka’s dignity, self-respect, and administrative authority cannot be compromised to please party managers sitting in Delhi. The people of this state did not vote for a remote-control government.
Humanitarian concerns must be addressed through law, due process, rehabilitation, and accountable state mechanisms, not through telephonic/social media instructions from party officials with no constitutional role.
Karnataka deserves respect, autonomy, and honest governance, not high-command theatrics.
Karnataka is not a colony of @RahulGandhi and his coterie.

Spoke to Karnataka CM @siddaramaiah and DCM @DKShivakumar regarding the demolition of unauthorised constructions in Kogilu village, Bengaluru.
Conveyed the AICC’s serious concern that such actions should have been undertaken with far greater caution, sensitivity, and compassion, keeping the human impact at the centre.
They have assured that they will personally engage with the affected families, put in place an appropriate mechanism for addressing grievances, and ensure rehabilitation and relief for those impacted.

Their reports, videos, and articles regarding the Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy Temple were false & incorrect.
Their coverage about the central Govt’s alleged negligence toward the Keezhadi archaeology site was also proven false and baseless.
Their stories, leaked audio reports, and so-called investigative journalism about Malayalam actor Dileep were dismissed in court, and he has since been cleared by the law.
Yet the people running, owning, and working at New Minute walk around proudly calling themselves journalists.
The most untrusted platform.

Ashok Swain, a Swedish national of Indian origin holding an OCI card is a vicious critic of India . He has been sullying India’s image in the media, including social media for years.
The government rightly cancelled his OCI card . He moved the High Court which restituted his card. This overturning of an executive decision was wrong.
It is for the executive to take a view on the political damage a foreign national, irrespective of whether he is holding an OCI card or not, is doing to India’s reputation and image abroad.
Swain’s plea in moving the court was that he needed to see his ailing mother in India. This is entirely his personal matter and the situation is of his own creation, based on the choices he made as an adult. The Indian state has no obligation to come to his rescue.
He has still not been able to come to India as he has been blacklisted and denied a visa by the government.
Swain has moved the Supreme Court which is questioning the government on its blacklist.
Why should a foreign national sitting in Sweden be able to manipulate our Supreme Court to put pressure on the government on a decision which is entirely in its remit.
The SC should not intrude into such purely executive matters and be a party to weaken the functioning of the executive at the behest of hostile foreign forces.

I’ve seen quite a few similar posts lately and let me add my two bits.
The core issue here is Process vs. Outcome. What you mentioned, Deepak, is an outcome the stock might very well deliver say 50% returns from here, purely driven by market demand and supply as well.
But what many are questioning is the process. We’ve seen this movie before, new-age tech companies dressing up numbers just before the IPO, pulling accounting levers to look profitable, or acquiring their shares a few months prior at one-fifth the valuation, only to sell it at full price during the IPO. And despite all this, valuations are often stretched beyond logic.
So the question is: what’s the hurry for mutual fund managers to jump in? The earth won’t stop spinning if they wait 12 months to see how the company performs in a normal year, once the sugar coating wears off. That’s when real data speaks.
I can completely understand retail investors taking listing or momentum bets but mutual funds have a fiduciary responsibility. Their participation at inflated valuations, without clarity on 'actual' fundamentals, is exactly why people are raising concerns.

Another day in Supreme Court and another day the matter did not reach.
I filed the case in May 2024. The supreme court. The batter got listed 10 times and except in the day of admission the matter never reached.
It is really hard for an ordinary citizen to fight a case in supreme court. The court is flooded with cases and unable to decide on what is important and what is not.
Apart from lost time, money, energy is also lost.
One of the accused in the case died. Couple others are more than 70. One i think is almost 90.
I am 55.
Hope i will be alive to argue the case.
This is what happens when the residents of Mylapore and Saivites care a damn for the daylight smuggling of Vigraha of Parvathy Devi in the form of a peacock, one of a kind of Vigraha in the world. The theft happened in 2004.
FIR registered in 2018.
Case pending in supreme court for 15 months after initially they stayed the trial which enabled another accused to retire from service, thanks to the Govt of Tl which passed an order to enable the retirement.
