I like this explanation by @pokerchessman so much on $ORE, I made the 1-pager infogram for it. Save and use them to spread the word of @ore fams
🤖 Made with AI
$ORE has three layers. Most people only see one. 1/ uORE: the mine Deploy SOL at ore.supply, mine uORE. Claim early? Pay a 10% tax - redistributed as refined ORE (rORE) to everyone who didn’t. Hold longer, earn more. Lifetime royalties for the patient. I’m never claiming mine. The kids can. This is the store of value. 2/ stORE: the yield Stake natively or wrap it liquid for DeFi. Yield comes from SOL deployed by miners, not inflation. More mining = fatter rewards. No lockups. No penalties. This is the yield. 3/ shORE: the shield @ore + @theprivacycash. Deposit ORE or stORE, withdraw later to a fresh address. Small fee, full privacy, dead simple. This is the privacy. $ORE is a @solana-native, yield-bearing, optionally private store of value. Buy it → stake it. Mine it → refine it. Hold it → shield it. Stay safe in the ⛏️

Some use 'revenue' as the ruler to decide whether a digital asset is money.   In their opinion, if a protocol has 'revenue' it's not money.  By their ruler, Bitcoin, Zcash and Pearl are money.   But a true Money/SoV needs to survive Future Threats How do they fund the R&D needed to survive?  Bitcoin: 100% of block rewards go to industrial ASIC miners/hardware. Software Developers receive 0% automatically from the protocol. Software Development relies on voluntary funding, while long-term security of the blockchain must eventually contend with block subsidies hitting zero and industrial miners stopping operations due to lack of incentives.  Is this money/SOV? Pearl: 100% of block rewards go to industrial GPU miners/hardware, and R&D is funded separately through its creators’ commercial AI inference business. That creates a different dependency for long-term development.  And Pearl faces the same existential security risk as Bitcoin.   Is this money/SOV? Zcash: Zcash embedded R&D funding directly into the protocol's monetary distribution rules.  80% of block rewards go to hardware miners, 20% to R&D.  Also, inside founder allocations.  This model does fund development, but it comes at the cost of allocating issuance to designated recipients.  Not neutral by design.  Is this money/SOV? $ORE: 100% of block rewards go to Individual MINERS, not industrial hardware operators.  No founder or insider allocation. Development is funded through a transparent 1% admin fee on miner capital deployed to acquire $ORE—not through a tax on block rewards.   And $ORE protocol captures miners' fixed fees as protocol revenue (that magic metric) and cycles 100% of that value back to the token & its holders rather than letting mining operating costs flow outside the ecosystem to electricity companies.   Is this money/SoV?  Monetary rules should govern money. Operational funding should fund operations. $ORE demonstrates a model designed for sustainability:  preserving open & fair monetary issuance while funding continuous development through active participation—without a permanent block-reward tax or reliance on corporate handouts. A monetary asset's funding model deserves the same scrutiny as its supply model.  By my ruler, $ORE is Money/SOV

@Bankless just asked the right question: can $ORE be hard money without proof of work? The market's been answering it for months: ⛏️ Anyone with a phone can mine it 🔥 Protocol revenue buys and burns ORE every day 🏦 The Reserve crossed $500K, funded by buybacks, not VCs 📈 It's up about 170% in 3 months When the big media accounts start explaining it, you're still early.
Can ORE be a store of value without proof of work or its own consensus? Here's how it works and the cases for and against.

Gen Z doesn't buy Bitcoin. Gen Z mines $ORE. This is the vibe of the mines: SOUND ON 🔊
Gen Z found its Bitcoin, and it's not a memecoin. $ORE: - It's up about 170% in 3 months. - The protocol Reserve just crossed $500K, built from buybacks, not VC money. - It has bought 729 ORE at an average of $105. ORE trades at $166 today. - Anyone can mine it from a browser. Bankless is writing about it, and Discord is calling for a $1M Reserve by December. You're early. Act like it. ⛏️

🎉 tiered of holding on to my last few satoshi on Bitcoin network. Swapping them to @solana to get some more @ORE AIGMA?

The year is 2040. New Zealand just landed the coveted ORE solo with a mere 300 SOL deploy. Great Britain, South Africa and Germany had much fatter 600 SOL deployments but RNG gods did what they did. Onto the next round. Seems like the USA is getting ready to start mining.

As $ORE price goes up, so will the number of unique miners. With ~250 miners, The Reserve has swelled well north of $500K in just around 7 weeks. When Ore adds another 100 active miners, the effect would be very observable. Millions will mine. Will you get to hold 1 Ore?

Happy 5th Birthday @TheFracture_ Gods! 5 years on. I know NFT space as a whole has been super slow. Impact on The Fracture is of no exception. Doesnt change the fact that Gods are still the BEST art collection done on chain. Most of all tho, the friends and fams we met and travelled along the way have been priceless. Lookin fwd to re-connect with OG Solana Gods again here. Y'all are Legends!

ORE back above $100. The project that can’t seem to die. The core team and community that doesn’t stop shipping. The asset that natively inherits Solana’s performance+privacy layers+DeFi composability. Billions, then trillions.

Ok so how do u read this solana:oreoU2P8bN6jkk3jbaiVxYnG1dCXcYxwhwyK9jSybcp Reserve diagram? This is 'buy side liquidity' at certain price points, set aside from part of @ORE protocol revenue to buy up $ORE from open market when there's a sell off. See the high wall of colours around $80-$100? (Red arrow). We were at that point around 3-4 weeks ago. Price hasnt revisited that level again because if we drop that far, this Reserve will be ready to buy em up and bury the ORE bought fairly quickly. See the marked green area between $120-$165 price points? If we stay around this range for awhile, new walls of colours will soon be built to buy up these price points. U know what happens when the walls fully formed and ppl running out of ORE to sell? Tick-tock guys 😏

" $ORE is the original hard money thesis, engineered to belong to the people — not the hardware elite." Well worth the read guys. And follow this @ORE hardhat too! 👇🏻
$ORE — The Political Cure for PoW and PoUW -- Bitcoin was a political protest to central banks.  ZEC is private Bitcoin to protest the surveillance state.  Pearl is AI Bitcoin to protest centralized AI.  They all exist to make a political statement, but Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Useful-Work (PoUW) have fundamentally failed their Democratic Missions as "Monetary consensus mechanisms" (not to be confused with blockchain consensus mechanism).  PoW has evolved into industrial oligopolies where billionaire mining syndicates, data centers, and chip factories dictate token issuance and leak billions out of the ecosystem.  Worse, they leave behind a ticking security budget crisis. When block subsidies hit zero, these chains face an existential choice: collapse their defense walls or price out everyday users with exorbitant fees. PoUW defenders will argue their network uses GPUs, so it's less capital-intensive and more decentralized. But it is historically illiterate to think technology won't evolve. Bitcoin went from CPUs to GPUs to ASICs. AI compute went from basic chips to massive data-center clusters. Any architecture that ties token distribution to physical computing power guarantees an industrial hardware arms race. Today it’s a consumer GPU; tomorrow it’s a corporate-monopolized AI ASIC warehouse. Different hardware, same centralization cycle. Monetary rules must outlast the technology used to execute them. $ORE is the only one who identified this architectural flaw and Fixed It. By isolating token creation and distribution from the physical infrastructure calculating "hashes" or performing "useful" matrix multiplication, $ORE ensures that hardware can advance, centralize, or face state-level regulation without ever impacting the neutrality, fairness, or permanence of the money. Others are optimizing how physical machinery produces money.  $ORE rethought whether hardware should determine money’s distribution in the first place. $ORE didn't skip out on consensus; it simply outsourced the data rail blockchain consensus so its Monetary Consensus mechanism could remain perfectly democratic, hardware-free, and eternal.   $ORE is the original hard money thesis, engineered to belong to the people — not the hardware elite.
