This is the most insane demo I’ve seen. Subvocal YC F26 lets you speak completely silently and reads the minute movements of your face. So you can talk to your AI anytime.
AI + sensors is magic.
What’s crazier is they built this in 4 months. This demo was live yesterday evening at the YC office.
We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again.
Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both
Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard.
It tracks your internal speech muscles with non-contact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min.
Pre-orders are now live at:

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026)
Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.
His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen.

Vercel CI is 1.6x faster in the worst case.
The real magic is coming when task caching can prune down the work further.
Also: This is the worst it ever will be. We'll be grinding down every millisecond that can be saved
Replying to @cramforce
Tests from @studioroboto so far show it’s pretty god damn fast, going to see what it benchmarks on turbo-start-sanity
Introducing Vercel CI
• Intelligently skips tasks with Turborepo
• 2-6× faster CI in our internal repositories
• Optimized for agents via Vercel MCP and CLI
After nearly 8 million tasks, we're excited for the future of agentic CI. In beta on all plans.

Launching Juno, your second brain in iMessage.
I collect little things all the time. A ramen spot from a TikTok. An article on TechCrunch. A chair I saw on Instagram. A screenshot of a friend telling me to read something. An idea at 1am.
Pretty soon it's scattered everywhere, like in Apple Notes or in texts to myself. Then I never find it again, let alone do anything with it.
So I built Juno.
Juno is a contact in your phone. Text it anything you wanna keep, a link, a photo, a screenshot, a voice memo, a half thought, and it files it into the right note for you. No app, no tags, no "where should this go".
When I need something I just ask, like "what was that chair I saved?" Everything's on the web too, already organized into notes for you.
After a while I realized Juno knew my taste well enough to actually get stuff done. So I let it. It orders things I saved, books the spots I've been meaning to try, texts me a brief every morning, and built me a site for a weekend plan. I've even started to call it.
It's proactive too. It sets up routines on its own, like checking in after plans or a heads up before a friend's birthday.
I've been texting Juno every day for a couple weeks and it's been really useful. If it sounds like something you'd use, try it, it's free.

What I learned today:
- deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017 works great in Claude Code for sub agents (just ask it to write an .claude/agents/ file as the sub agent tool doesn't take a tool arg)
- With Opus 5.5 doing orchestration everything just works wonderfully
- It's extremely cheap. I currently have 24 sub agents cooking (all with their own Vercel Sandbox to leave my laptop alone) and until now I have spent like $9 on deepseek which does 99% of the work 🤯
- Previously I averaged about $2K per day in list-price tokens (Sorry @mabrahamsen)
Even if you have a Max subscription, just imagine how much more you could do vercel.com/get/token-pass

Your plain 𝙳𝚘𝚌𝚔𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚎 now deploys on Vercel.
Add a 𝙳𝚘𝚌𝚔𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚎 or 𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚎 at your root, then Vercel selects the Container preset, builds it, and routes traffic to the image.

𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜𝙰𝚐𝚎𝚗𝚝 now supports image input across every harness adapter.
Pass images alongside text in the standard AI SDK message format, and each harness's underlying vision model handles the rest. vercel.com/changelog/harness…

Cursor's new Agent SDK follows @eve's conventions in many cases to the letter.
I think that is amazing. A new standard for agentic development is emerging similar to how file-base routing became a thing across many web frameworks.

GPT-6.1 Terra is live on AI Gateway.
It's a fast model for visual reasoning, computer use, and writing, with fewer factual errors and better coding than the last Terra.
