The Fractured Table is about to launch on Amazon, but before it does, it's in another @BookSirens promo. Grab it for free right now!

This is why I buy ebooks. Because honestly, one room full of books⦠and two other rooms with bookshelves filled with books⦠and the boxes of books in my shed⦠and the boxes in my attic are enough.
For now.
But if youβre looking to expand your book addiction, may I suggestβ¦

Do not be fooled. The Fractured Table is salacious lies!
Do to an error by the idiot that manages my books (i.e. me), The Fractured Table is launching on Amazon this Sunday. (Was supposed to be Dec 1) I would bump it, but there is 1 pre-order...
Help me make this worth it: Can I get 5 pre-orders?
Not asking the moon here, just a small measurable goal. 5 pre-orders.

Captain Picardβs great defence of freedom of speech. Rest in peace @SirPatStew
Who has read Relics? And what did you think? Did you have a favorite short story? A world you wish you could dive into more deeply?
This is the clearest explaination of the problem that I have read. If you dig down in the comments, she gets to the solution:
Marketeers who work on royalty.
But she also hits on a second problem:
Does anyone actually know how to sell things online?
Replying to @BrianNiemeier
Basically, they don't know what to do.
Back when I was first picked up by Tor, they explained to me that they had no ability to push books. The only thing that sold books was word of mouth.
So the only thing you could do to sell more books was write more and better books.
But the word of mouth worked because the books were in the bookstore. So people would hear about a book from a friend, and then they'd remember it when they saw it in the store.
That system does not work online. I'm not sure why but it just seems to have fallen apart.
The publishers have no idea how to put books in front of people. They only know how to do what they've always done.
So they find that if someone already has a following, the books seem to do well. Otherwise they don't.
What both we and the publishers need is someone who's actually good at marketing to figure out how to do this.
New review: @johncwright2001's Iron Chamber of Memory. Great book. Check it out!

Early reviews for my book are coming in! Words fail in telling how surreal and heartening this is. The response has been wonderful thus far.
I got me an important new checkmark... :)
Thanks, @spotlightfic!
I had to switch my phone out of dark mode for an email and X is blowing my mind right nowβ¦. Is this what it looked like back in the bad old days?
Iβm guessing this is more of a self-justifying autobiography and less of a movie review.
Full disclosure: I didnβt read the article.

You could crash out over the incomprehensible rings of power trailer, OR you could enter to win a brand new deluxe slipcase version of The Hobbit illustrated by Alan Lee!
You could also treat yourself to a legendarium inspired sword and bookmark
I can't bring Stargate back, or fix the nonsense at Amazon, but I can invite Stargate fans to have a look at The Fractured Table. Think of it as a pilot episode of a new story about Special Operators in a science fiction near future going on a cross-dimensional adventure.
And right now you can read it for free...

Hey y'all!
I recently picked up steady part time work, and our tea shop is up and running, and aside from that, I've been picking up some part time gigs as a book cover designer and a composer, so after nearly a year of unemployment and sporadic freelancer work, we're starting to get our feet beneath us, and we thank you for all your prayers support.
Despite this though, we have also gone through many hard times this year, both emotionally and financially with familial losses, surgeries, and more. So, any prayers or financial support you'd be able to give would be extremely appreciated.
Please be keeping us in your prayers as this month and the next will be very tight, and this year has been emotionally taxing.
Thank you and God bless all y'all!
