Canceled Cox internet July 27. Now they want $183 for another month I didn’t use because they require 30 days’ notice. They also say my one-year contract renewed automatically. I never knowingly agreed to another year. Starlink offers no-contract plans with online cancellation. Why should leaving an internet provider be this difficult? Cox, now part of Spectrum, this is how you lose customers for good.
