If a man willfully takes part in an abortion, he should be subject to homicide charges.
If a woman willfully takes part in an abortion, she should be subject to homicide charges.

I can’t respond directly because Kristan Hawkins has me blocked — but,
Abolitionists oppose any abortion legislation that is not the total and immediate abolition of abortion.
So yes, we would oppose pro-life bills, even in a state where an abolition bill “wasn’t possible” (abolitionists reject that framing).
We actually believe pro-life incrementalism is sin, because it shows partiality, contains unequal weights and measures, and/or acquits the guilty. All of which God has strictly and clearly condemned in the Bible.
So, passing and/or supporting such laws is sin.
Anything short of abolition is bad strategy, 1. because it’s sin and 2. because it undermines your argument + the truth of the Bible, and such laws tutor the culture incorrectly, causing confusion and delaying the abolition of abortion.
Read the Norman statement to fully understand what is and what is not abortion abolitionism.

Replying to @KristanHawkins @bnuckols
I actually am 99% in agreement with abolitionists. The singular, only place we differ is that I believe that we should be using both tactics - pushing for abolition bills when we can, using pro-life bills as back up so that we save some lives rather than none if an abolition bill doesn’t pass.
@GinnaCross, I loved your interview with Allie but this part stuck out to me because I thought that I had seen abolitions advocate against pro-life legislation many times. I thought to myself, “oh, maybe I’m wrong”. But then I log into Twitter and see this.
I’d love to hear from some abolitionists -
Do you actively oppose pro-life legislation? Do you fight against it?
Obviously I know you *prefer* equal protection bills (I agree) but when that’s not currently on the table, are you also fighting against pro-life bills?

Christians should abide by immigration laws.
They don't get a pass simply because they're Christians.
A nation is not a church.

When pro-life groups support Republicans who are compromised on abortion, they actively encourage more compromise on abortion.

America needs a Protestant Saint Ferdinand.

I have witnessed numerous fathers become convicted and run into the abortion mill to save their babies after receiving warnings about hell.
Christians who participate in sidewalk ministry should speak the truth in love to men and women seeking to murder their babies, even warning about the wrath of our holy God and the eternal consequences of their sin.
We have multiple members of our staff who take part in sidewalk ministry across the country outside of their regular work, and they testify that forthrightly calling abortion murder while heralding repentance is highly effective in saving babies. There is no contradiction between loving women considering abortion and openly proclaiming the truth about abortion, and speaking the truth in love is indeed the best way to love such women.
Christians should never be needlessly brash or vindictive outside of abortion mills, and should always carry in their hearts the compassion of Jesus for the lost. But clearly speaking the truth is often falsely conflated with cruelty or unkindness, which hinders the Christian witness against abortion in our culture, including outside of the abortion mills.

Imagine understanding so little about Christianity, the Bible, and Christ's sacrifice that you believe Christ's sacrifice establishes the minimum standard for men in marriage.
These same people will tell you that Christ's sacrifice was the greatest sacrifice ever made, while simultaneously insisting that it is the minimum sacrifice expected of an ordinary husband.
Think about what they are saying. The greatest sacrifice ever made is now the minimum standard. You, an ordinary man, are expected to do better than Christ.
How disrespectful. How blasphemous.
Now notice the disrespectful smirk on his face when he says it. Notice his attitude. It is a gotcha.
"Ha! You will never be able to live up to this standard, which means you will always be begging and scraping for her approval."
This is feminist heresy. This is what happens when the poison of feminism corrupts Christian teaching.
