When I see a joke on Twitter I’m always like congrats on getting called up from the group chat
Kids! Take it from me, Vali Chandrasekaran, there's nothing more punk rock than voting!
🚨 LESS THAN 3 HOURS TO VOTE, LOS ANGELES!
- 20% of voters age 18-34 have returned their ballot‼️
- 25% for ages 35-49❗
Vote Nithya Raman for Mayor! For a City that WORKS!

Most people don’t know this, but LA hasn’t had a mayor in 4 years. We could vote to have one today! Vote for @nithyavraman!
Vote today! Annoy your friends to vote too! And ask them to annoy THIER friends as well! Then ask them to introduce you to the friends of theirs that are not already friends of yours! Today is about annoying people and friendship.

We heard LA was looking for a fighter. Let's go win for the city we love, together.

I live in Nithya's district and can confirm. Her approach works, but it requires patience and buy-in from everyone. People often just want homeless people to moved or jailed, which doesn't work. Thinking that it does is a hundred times more naive than any "defund" slogan.

This is how I reduced tents, encampments, and RVs in my district by 70%.

Donald Trump's @GOPLosAngeles is campaigning for Karen Bass, spending $130,241.93 to elect her.

Mayor Bass has shown she is not capable of leading our city through disaster.
In LA’s darkest moments, she’s been missing in action. Our communities have already paid too high a price for her failures.
Four more years is a risk Los Angeles cannot afford.

There’s always someone else to blame with Karen Bass: The weather, the county, the system.
But Angelenos don’t need more excuses. They need a mayor who takes accountability and gets things done.

We may be up against the entire establishment, but we have something more powerful: a vision for Los Angeles— a city that’s affordable, clean, safe, joyful and ambitious. Let's go get it!
Special I voted sticker available at polling places in La right now!

On Monday, Mayor Bass said the LAX people mover would open in January — after 3 years of delays.
Today, that deadline was pushed back again….
So was she lying, or is she so out of the loop that she doesn’t know what’s happening in her own administration?

Dropped off my ballot for Nithya Raman!
I voted for Mayor Bass in 2022. I had high hopes for her, for this City, for change! 😢
Like ~70% of LA voters, I agree we need a new Mayor., especially one that will empower the Controller to audit & investigate fraud, waste, & abuse.

BREAKING🇺🇸Mayor Karen Bass has erased Nithya Raman’s 11-point lead, with both candidates now tied at 40% just SIX DAYS before the mayoral election. A new UC Berkeley IGS/Los Angeles Times poll shows 19% of likely voters remain undecided.
Bass appears to be gaining ground among former Spencer Pratt voters. How does @spencerpratt feel about his supporters shifting their support to Karen Bass? 👀

There are 30,000 broken streetlights in LA. It's time we turn the lights back on. It's time for a city that works.

LA has spent four years asking: Where is our mayor?
When I’m mayor, you won’t have to ask.
LA deserves a city that shows up for us. A Los Angeles that loves us back. Let’s go get it.

Took Karen Bass 3 years to appoint a film czar to keep production jobs in LA and that person is part time.
Hollywood’s center of gravity is increasingly tilting to the East Coast.
While California kept its crown at No. 1 with $1.76 billion in movie and TV production spend, New York is drawing major titles at a much more rapid pace, according to industry tracker ProdPro’s closely-watched quarterly snapshot released on Thursday. The state surged 87 percent in production spend in the quarter to $1.61 billion compared with California’s 17 percent uptick.
