Roblox can admit its enforcement systems make mistakes but acknowledging false positives isn't taking responsibility.
Support is practically useless for those affected. such as myself
You can't admit your system gets it wrong and leave players to deal with the consequences.

Hi @Roblox @RobloxSupport,
βI created this account to share my case and bring awareness to an ongoing issue.
On Oct 25, my account (ederjm95) was unfairly banned for "Child Safety" but there is no proof, is an serious cause I take very seriously and have always reported. (1/4):

day 41. my account is still permanently banned. I have almost no hope left that my account will be unbanned, but seeing how other players are returning their accounts, I still want to believe in a miracle. I miss my account. @Roblox #robloxbanwave #robloxsupport

@Roblox Stop pretending that nothing is happening. I think it's not hard to hire real people instead of an AI that can't handle its responsibilities. I'm not the only one in this situation, a million innocent players have suffered because of you. #robloxbawave #robloxsupport

I just lost YEARS of hard work and my professional portfolio on Roblox Studio to a false AI ban. My account (@marruazinho5) was terminated out of nowhere with a completely BLANK evidence box. Now my 30-day appeal has expired in an endless bot loop with zero human review. @nicktornow @Roblox @RobloxCreators @KreekCraft #RobloxDev #RobloxStudio #RobloxModeration #Roblox #robloxbanwave #RobloxDev

the innocent players dont deserve this!

Take notice @Roblox, millions are falsely terminated because of a system error and cannot get their accounts back because the same system sees a specific topic and instantly denies regardless of what happened.
Resolve this!

Roblox fucked up me and my friend's age group to below 17+ then banned me for "child safety" that doesn't make any sense if I'm a minor #robloxban #falseban #robloxsupport #ROBLOX
Day 74 my ban doesn't make any sense because I WAS A MINOR WHEN THEY FLAGGED MY CHAT DATA AND SO WAS MY FRIEND. we're in the same age and age group I don't get why roblox would put you in a minor age group and ban you for "child safety" that doesn't make any sense #ROBLOX

ROBLOX just THREATENED me with a permanent BAN for asking a QUESTION about their community guidelines.
In the 2nd image is the question that I asked right before that email, regarding a lack of clarification. Insane

2 months ago, I was permabanned from ROBLOX with no reason attached. I've made countless appeals, to which not a single one got a response.
I was then informed I'm legally not allowed to know anything about my ban due to being automated.

Since 50 days+ AI falsely banned and Roblox Support doesn't listen. I miss building my project, it's a shame </3

Roblox Support is so frustrating and dismissive. I canβt even properly defend myself against their automated response and get a fair review. :/
This happen on August 18, 2026, my friend shared evidence screenshot of two players harassing them. (who's a condon players) At 6:31 PM, I submitted a safety report in good faith to help protect my friend. Just 7 minutes later, at 6:47 PM, my account was unexpectedly falsely banned under the Child Safety category by AI-automation.
My termination case is unusual. I only reported the TOS violations of their behavior. Furthermore, the Child Endangerment allegation makes no sense, my account is in the adult age bracket and has been strictly restricted from communicating with younger users since the June 2026 safety updates.
AI could possibly clearly made a mistake. I have the rule-breakers' usernames, this screenshot is old.
