Roblox has posted an official update regarding bans (mainly enforcement and UGC)
My thoughts: They have not addressed those with child safety bans who don't receive appeal responses, or even hint at using a level of human oversight for more serious bans. Nevertheless, this is a leap forward and progress. Keep fighting guys.

ALT Unfortunately, so many European users are getting terminated right now, and it is becoming completely chaotic. This is not the kind of normal activity you see every day on Roblox. It is terrible how the platform is handling this. They are completely ignoring our situation, even though a lot of us are losing a massive amount of money on the spot. I really hope Roblox does something about this soon. When this first started a couple of months ago, they said they would look into it, but now it is spreading fast like wildfire. Just this past October, so many of us bought items like Headless or other Limiteds, only to be banned immediately after purchasing them. I don't know what is wrong with their customer support. This automated AI support is flagging users for incredibly simple things, and it has caused a massive outbreak of false bans. They need to resolve this problematic issue immediately.

Roblox developer 4Tweak, the CEO of Aventix Games, is weighing his legal options after he says his account was improperly terminated.
Roblox also reportedly gave his terminated account the verified status.
He's stated that he has gone to a lawyer for legal assistance already.

🚨 Roblox is falsely linking accounts
This isn’t just a “banwave.” There’s a serious flaw in their enforcement system:
• College students on shared WiFi getting linked to strangers
• Siblings getting banned because of the same network
• Users linked to accounts from different countries/devices
• Even OLD, already-resolved compromises are triggering bans again
Result:
❗️ Instant enforcement bans
❗️ Years-old accounts wiped
❗️ Appeals ignored while the root issue stays
Some users were even terminated multiple times in the same day after being reinstated.
This system is broken.
Logging into the wrong network shouldn’t destroy your account.
⚠️ If you use public WiFi or your account was ever compromised, you could be at risk.
Fix enforcement bans.

The ratio of unresolved to resolved roblox support cases following the false ban wave is genuinely heart stopping. This is a list of people who have opted in for tracking, As you can see over 97+% of unbans have been declined/ignored.

My 14 Y/O account, DDB01, an account which I spent a lot of time and money on, was banned. All because my account was linked to a " JO***** " account that I do not recognize whatsoever.
I am on my 15th appeal as of now.
