Can any image capture Gaza’s loneliness more than this? Everyone who defended her was killed. Those who could still help have been distracted by wars. What remains is indifference, betrayal, and abandonment.
May God be with you, Gaza. 💔🇵🇸

UPDATE: @ATownNews
****IRISH FOLK BAND THE MARY WALLOPERS WILL PLAY LIVE ON THE GARVAGHY ROAD TODAY AT 3PM: *******
Irish folk music group The Mary Wallopers will be on the Garvaghy Road on Thursday afternoon.
The Dundalk-based band will be present from 3pm to support local people and sing a few tunes.
This week has seen musicians entertain residents in a bid to keep spirits up amidst a stand-off over a controversial Orange Order parade.
On Wednesday evening, members of the band Beoga joined musicians at a tent set up in the area.
In a post on the band’s Instagram account, they said they were “in awe of the wonderful community on the Garvaghy Road”.
The band said the local residents, who have been protesting since Sunday, were “a shining example of solidarity, people power, resistance and standing firm for peace and dignity in our communities”.
When is Niall McConnell, the "Irish Patriot" and protector of Irish women and children heading to the Garvaghy Road? Or will he be heading to Drumcree to stand with his mates?
Where is Jim Allister? I thought standing at the top of Drumcree shouting about uppity taigs would be right up his street? #garvaghyroad
I thought they weren't moving from the road?

👥Portadown Deputy District Master Alistair Power has confirmed he has accepted an invitation from Secretary of State Sir @RhonddaBryant for further talks today.
He says the District’s position is that it still has a “live document” in terms of the parade.
Mr Power says they have told police they are ready to walk down the Garvaghy Road when the PSNI is ready to facilitate it.
More on-air and online from Chief Reporter @jamesgould23 as talks continue this afternoon.
