Remember the Oct. 3 death of 12 year old Khloe Ishway in Baltimore? Accroding to police and the mayor, it was a fight between 2 men over a parking spot and she was shot accidentally. The "parking spot" story was NOT TRUE. Tyree Reynolds, 23, was indicted for 1st degree murder, and prosecutors laid out what really happened. Here's what they're saying now: Prosecutors now say it started days earlier. Reynolds and an "associate" allegedly pulled a gun and pistol whipped a man. On Oct. 3, that same man walked past Reynolds at the park with a friend. Reynolds allegedly pulled a gun from his backpack and fired at both of them. He opened fire in front of a crowded football field. The man he targeted has a concealed-carry permit, took cover and fired back. That man hasn't been charged. Khloe, 12, was killed as a bystander, and 3 adults were also wounded. Reynolds had been out of prison 8 days, after a sentence-cut, backed by a city violence-prevention official. Police won't say why they first called it a parking dispute. Reynolds is held without bond on 1st degree murder.

UPDATE!!! Nicole Virzi pleaded guilty today to 3rd degree murder. She was trusted to watch her best friend's newborn twins. Now 1 is dead. June 2024, Virzi, 32, a clinical psychology PhD student, was babysitting 6 week old twins in Pittsburgh. She pointed out injuries on baby Ari, and his parents rushed him to the hospital. She stayed alone with his brother, Leon. Leon suffered a severe skull fracture and several brain bleeds. He died. She first claimed he fell out of a bouncer seat. After 13 hours of questioning, she confessed: "I shook him a couple times - hard. And I dropped him a couple times - hard." She admitted flipping him upside down onto a tile bathroom floor. She also admitted hurting Ari. That's why he needed to be rushed to the hospital. She told detectives she'd had a compulsion to hurt children since she was very young. She got 35-80 years, avoiding the death penalty. The parents didn't want to go through a trial. This baby-killing btch said not 1 word in court. Her own lawyer said, "no words of apology would be sufficient." Savannah Roberts, Leon's and Ari's mom, said, "I'm a twin, my husband is a twin, and it was always our dream to have twins. We thought our dream had come true." Virzi will spend 35 years behind bars before she is eligible for parole. This evil woman should never ever step a single toe out of prison.
