Foreign letters threatening prison for speech online is tyranny with a letterhead — money that broadcasts every holder is the same stack wearing a different hat.
Hard-capped, optionally shielded ZEC is private hard money for that fight — scarce when speech needs a shield and balances still sit on a public feed.
