Omo, Solomon must be sitting up there wondering, “What exactly is going on? I thought I built the best temple!” 130,000 capacity and people still had to stand outside? Serving God is a good business o. Now I understand!

HABIBI ABDUL! 👊🏽 America belongs to Jesus, not Muhammad!🙏 I want Jesus, not Allah! I want the apostles, not Muhammad. I want the Bible, not the Quran! Also…. I like my bacon! 🥓 I WANT A COUNTRY WHERE… - The name of Jesus is praised — not Allah’s - There is prayer in schools — not prayer mats - The Bible is taught — not the Quran - Built on the Ten Commandments — not Sharia law - There are churches on every street corner — not mosques - We hear church bells — not the call to prayer - Christmas is the best season — not Ramadan - There is peace — not violence and terrorism - Our children would not have to wake up to prayer calls - Our children can preach Jesus freely in the public square - Our children will not be converted to Islam - Our daughters will not be forced to wear a hijab - Our children will not be killed and persecuted for their faith I WANT JESUS, NOT ALLAH! 🙌

“Christians should stop giving birth to two children. Children are weapons and there’s an agenda to outnumber Christians just by childbirth. The Muslims are populating the world. This year makes it the third year back to back that the highest number of children named in the UK is Mohammed.” — Pastor says.

Just like women, some Christian’s always fantasise being a victim. To most of us who attended public primary school and even some private secondary schools in the southwest, there is no Christian song that we do not know. There is no hymn songs that we do not know. They beat us if we don’t have hymn books, our girls must wear beret and not hijab.. we must attend Thursday special prayer assemblies etc, and we did not turn Christians. Instead we had a balanced view about religion. We learnt tolerance, we learnt about the Christian faith. Same way many Christians who went to some public schools, they learnt some Arabic verses and songs. No one forced them to be Muslim. You went to England where people barely go to church, and you set camera and microphone because of an excursion to the mosque. Let’s be calming down.. Moreover, no one will help you set boundaries in your religion. If your religion doesn’t have a boundary, it’s not the fault of other religions. A Christian friend of mine once said “if you leave the affairs of this world solely to Christians, it would become the worst place to be”

Arabs are neither smarter nor spiritually superior to us. Deal with your inferiority complex another way, not by talking down our worldview. Our elders have explained this repeatedly: Ṣàngó and Ògún do not outrank Olódùmarè; their àṣẹ comes from Olódùmarè. If you lecture us on Yorùbá spirituality, understand it on its own terms first, rather than judging it by the standards of your adopted Arab religion. You’re free to practise Islam, but it is not the yardstick for ours. Yorùbá spirituality needs no Arab approval.

Funny enough, the Arabic divination system that some people claim is the origin of Yoruba Ifa may not even have been invented by the Arabs. 🤣 The system, known as Ilm al-Raml (the Science of Sand), has possible origins in North Africa, with some theories suggesting roots extending as far back as predynastic Egypt. Although such an early Egyptian origin has not been established, scholars have seriously considered indigenous North African contributions to the development of geomancy. The practice subsequently spread throughout the Islamic world and reached medieval Europe through Arabic-language scholarship, including transmission through Moorish Spain during the 12th century. So why do people automatically assume that because a divination system was preserved in Arabic, it must have been invented by Arabs? Now, if I wanted to be petty, I could easily turn this argument around. 🤣 I could point to the Ifa tradition in which Orunmila dispatched the sixteen principal Odu toward the four cardinal directions: north, south, east, and west. Then I could argue that the knowledge of Ifa travelled northward, entered North Africa, and eventually spread across the Islamic world. After all, if people can claim that Ifa came from Arabic geomancy simply because both systems have sixteen principal signs, why couldn't I reverse the argument? I could even bring genetics into the discussion. Ancient DNA research has proposed Taforalt-related ancestry in genetic models involving Yoruba populations. Taforalt refers to an ancient North African population that lived in present-day Morocco approximately 15,000 years ago. I could argue that ancient population movements connected North Africa and West Africa, and that ancestral groups may have carried related forms of divination southward. Or perhaps older West African traditions travelled northward. But I won't make either claim as established history, because genetic connections and mathematical similarities do not prove the transmission of a religious system. That is the difference between investigating history and inventing conclusions to support an argument. The reality is that Yoruba Ifa and Arabic geomancy are two significantly different divination systems. Ifa has sixteen principal Odu, which combine into 256 Odu, each associated with an extensive corpus of sacred verses, philosophical teachings, historical narratives, and ritual prescriptions. Arabic geomancy uses sixteen fundamental figures arranged through a different method involving geomantic houses, witnesses, and a judge. The instruments, divination procedures, interpretive traditions, and religious foundations are substantially different. Only an idiot who has never actually studied or practiced Ifa would look at sixteen binary signs and confidently declare that the two systems are identical. Sharing a mathematical structure does not establish common origin, much less prove that one civilization borrowed its entire religious tradition from another. If you believe Arabic geomancy gave birth to Yoruba Ifa, provide historical evidence demonstrating that transmission. Otherwise, stop confusing similarities with proof of invention. And perhaps spend some time actually studying Ifa before lecturing Yoruba people about where their religious knowledge supposedly came from. You Muslims need to stop creating fake history. This only gives Islam, your faith, a bad name.
