The Biotech Report: $INSM: This is my top pick for strong management, a very powerful pipeline of best in class and first in class drugs, and huge peak sales potential. I have no doubt this company will be a mega cap biotech company someday. $BBIO: This could be a very powerful biotech company someday once more of their pipeline plays out. They have 4 drugs that could combine for $8 billion or more in peak sales. The biggest drawback is their huge debt level. $PTGX: They are a great company. They have a fantastic pipeline an research engine around peptide engineering. They gave away most of their potential to big pharma partners. Its fully value based on their cut of that pie. It now comes down to what they do next. $MIRM: This is a fantastic little company. They have strong management and a broad pipeline. They are will to create, buy or license new products. Their big drawback is they don't have the big potential of other companies. $MDGL: Has done a very good job bringing their first big blockbuster to market. They have taken some steps to bring more drugs into the pipeline. I am not sure I am blown away by the path they are going down with combining everything with Rezdiffra. $PRAX: Has been a wonderful company. They have a very good pipeline of drugs for Seizures and Epilepsies. Three of them have BTD designation. They even have big indications. It just has to get through approvals. Once approved, this will be come one of my top 3 companies. $IDYA: They have a broad pipeline of oncology drugs. Their lead drug will be ready for submission in 2027. They have two mid stage programs that are doing well. They could be a big deal someday, but they have a lot of development to do yet. $COGT: Right now, they have 1 drug with 3 different indications. They could be big indications. That will get them so far, but then it will depend on the rest of the pipeline. They have so much growth in their lead drug, that is will pay to own them until I get to see how all the early programs play out. $IMNM: They have 1 lead drug in Uveal Melanoma. This will be a decent sized indication. A lot will depend on their early stage programs. There is time to wait and see how the early programs go while they go commercial in Uveal Melanoma. $SMMT: This company only has 1 drug. It is a very huge potential though. That is worth the risk. They have to maintain best in class and first in class status or they will give up most of that potential. $BLTE: So far, they have only 1 drug with any data which is looking very good. They could have big potential in Dry AMD and Stargardt disease. That means its worth holding to see how it plays out and what they can come up with next. $DFTX: They have 1 drug so far which is LSD for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and MDD. That gives them good potential. They might be able to develop more with additional indications and even other drugs in psychedelics. Its worth holding to see how it plays out.

$IOVA Fred Vogt: "Right now, if you estimated from that swimmer's plot where we'd be, we'd be at about a year, but I need to stress that the data is immature and data is still coming in and that we would expect to grow over time, and there's some patients that are coming in right now, obviously, that are responding. You really can't assess durability at this stage until the data's finally done. We're also in the middle of IRC reads and a lot of other things that will affect the outcome." "We are confident that the product is durable, and we'll show durability comparable to what we would expect from TIL therapies. On the broader question of whether FDA would accept this filing, we think a 25% response rate durable with a one-time treatment in this population should be approvable, and we think the FDA should accept it and should go forward." This is why the November 2025 cut on the earlier 39 patients still showed mDOR not reached at 25.4 months of median follow-up, while the larger October 2026 cut (69 patients) currently looks shorter on the swimmer plot. The newer patients simply haven’t been followed long enough yet to match the duration already seen in the earlier group. Once the final data cutoff happens in early 2027 and more follow-up accrues on the full 80-patient set, the median can still lengthen if the ongoing responses continue. People dont understand how mdor works and sold today. LMFAO!

LEAPS are the most powerful wealth building tool in options And almost nobody uses them correctly They let you control 100 shares of a great company for a fraction of what the shares cost Used right, a few thousand dollars can turn into serious money Let me show you how 👇
