Today I said to my husband that I was struggling with what is appropriate and not appropriate in terms of what is me being “too much” or what’s appropriate, because I spent my life suppressing who I am for others. Now I don’t know what’s the right way to act where I can be my authentic self, but also so I don’t upset people.
This man that I love said “and you don’t have to worry about what upsets people. You just learn who YOU are. No one has to like you but you.” 🥹
I’m sure my recent struggles with mental health have been screenshotted and shared in some of y’all’s DM groups. I’m ok with that. Lack of real friends is a small reason why I’m here. But I woke up today. My husband held me and reminded me that I have him.
Thankful for the two who reached out. I’m working on a plan to improve my mental health and figure out supports.
I’m thinking Bubbs might be on UK time or something. We’ve been up for 2 hours. And you know what? Fuck this early shit lol

I received an email from the school
Nurse notifying me Bubbs hasn’t eaten a hot lunch in several days. Has been really hungry in the afternoons and could I send in more protein foods for him.
1. No one notified me he hasn’t been eating.
2. New dosage on meds in the morning is the likely culprit
3. I had sent in bags of frozen nuggets at the beginning of the year and I guess they’ve just chosen not to feed him.
