An amazing experience with Olivia Rodrigo team at one of her shows. Waited in the box office line for more than 2 hours after a 5 hour road trip, we were told all tickets sold. So we bought some outdoor merch and started walking to our vehicle and noticed at one of the arena doors was a security guard. We asked if we could go in the buy merch, and we were turned down. But the staff saw we were distraught and one person in particular said it was OK to come in and quickly buy some shirts. We could here Olivia singing on our way to the table, when my daughter and her friend had tears starting to stream down their faces. They were hearing their angel singing. While I was paying at the table, an older employee asked if they would want to watch one song. It was the most beautiful thing to see. He created a lifetime memory, he had compassion for these two littles ones. They cried most of the way home. Thank you Olivia Rodrigo and team for giving us a tid bit of what was an overwhelming amount of fans all coming to support her, but us having a wonderful chance encounter!
