《Lord of the Flies》(《

Thank you, honestly a sharper framing than I've managed myself. One thing I'd add, tool bloat is an invisible tax. You pay it on every request before the agent does anything, which is why it hides until it surfaces as a bill, latency, or a context overflow that just makes the model worse.

@vivilinsv

My life changed when @Vivi_Valley wrote the story about me. Not just popularity and shares on the internet.
But it changed because I was forced to face my imposter syndrome. Vivi made the action that I always feared to make. I can’t thank you enough. I ramble when I talk. I never knew how to talk to non construction people.

I have over 10 years experiences of GTM, growth marketing in APAC region. In the AI era, a lot of things will be disrupted but some fundamental first principle things will still be the same.
Thanks Vivi for the great question @vivilinsv
Silicon Valley still underestimates APAC.
One big reason? Too many people think it’s just one market.
In this clip, @CharlieHusats of @CocoAIxyz breaks down why the real opportunity — and the real challenge — is much more nuanced.

It was great to speak on Vivi's podcast. APAC market is definitely the highest growing AI agent adoption market, not only in consumer adoption but also in enterprise adoptions. We are growing fast and upgrading our features while we are scaling. @vivilinsv
Stay tuned for Coco's update in our twitter @CocoAIxyz
As an old friend of @CharlieHusats from our crypto journey, this conversation felt especially meaningful to me.
Charlie has already achieved what many would call “enough” — success, experience, even financial freedom. But what I respect is that he’s still hungry, still building, and now going all-in on AI with a big mission:
helping millions of small businesses across Southeast Asia and APAC become more efficient, more capable, and more future-ready.
That spirit came through strongly in this interview.
A few takeaways:
• the real AI opportunity may be in helping real businesses, not just flashy demos
• @CocoAIxyz is building AI teams, not just AI assistants
• APAC is one of the most underestimated markets
• trust, deployment, and maintenance may matter more than hype
• humans still need to stay in the loop
What stood out to you most? Where do you see the biggest real-world AI opportunity right now? Drop your thoughts below to join the discussion. 😊

🩵 Souli Daily #35 — Eye Contact Is Trust Made Visible
Eye contact isn't just polite — it's primal.
Researcher Zick Rubin (1970) found that couples deeply in love maintained eye contact during 75% of their conversation — compared to just 30–60% for strangers.
Why? Because sustained eye contact triggers oxytocin release — the same bonding hormone released in a mother's first glance at her newborn.
💬 Try this:
• Hold eye contact for 4–5 seconds before looking away — it signals presence, not pressure
• The "slow blink" (gentle, unhurried) communicates safety and ease
• Look someone in the eyes before you speak — it says: what I'm about to say matters
You don't need perfect words. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can offer is: I see you.
#mindfuldating #souliai
Psychology fact: people feel most connected when they feel understood, not agreed with. The next time someone shares something hard, try reflecting back before responding. It changes everything. #Relationships

Yesterday Mark Cuban reposted my work, DM'd me, and told me to keep telling my story.
So here it is.
I'm a Master Electrician. IBEW Local 369. 15 years pulling wire in Kentucky. Zero coding background. I didn't go to Stanford. I went to trade school.
Every week I'd show up to a home where someone just bought a Tesla or a Rivian. And every time, someone had already told them they needed a $3,000-$5,000 panel upgrade to install a charger.
70% of the time? They didn't need it.
The math is in the NEC — Section 220.82. Load calculations. But nobody was doing them for homeowners. Electricians upsell. Dealers don't know. And the homeowner just pays.
I got angry enough to build something about it.
I found @claudeai. No coding experience. I just started talking to it like I'd explain a job to an apprentice. "Here's how load calcs work. Here's the NEC code. Now help me build a tool that does this."
6 months later — @ChargeRight is live. Real software. Stripe payments. PDF reports. NEC 220.82 calculations automated. $12.99 instead of a $500 truck roll.
I'm still pulling wire. I still take service calls. I wake up at 5:05 AM for work.
But something shifted.
Yesterday @vivilinsv published my story as Claude Builder Spotlight #1. Mark Cuban saw it. The Claude community showed up. And for the first time, I felt like this thing I built in my kitchen might actually matter.
I'm not a tech founder. I'm a dad who wants to coach little league and be home for dinner. I just happened to build something that helps people.
If you're in the trades and thinking about using AI — do it. The barrier isn't technical skill. It's believing you're allowed to try.

It’s extremely good that Anthropic has not backed down, and it’s siginficant that OpenAI has taken a similar stance.
In the future, there will be much more challenging situations of this nature, and it will be critical for the relevant leaders to rise up to the occasion, for fierce competitors to put their differences aside. Good to see that happen today.

Respect @DarioAmodei for that. He seems to genuinely have humanity at heart. It’s sad that things have come to this, but maybe this kind of tipping point was always inevitable.
The fact that @AnthropicAI can say no already says a lot about democratic checks in the U.S. In many other countries, China included - the answer might have been decided for them.
Let’s hope meaningful limits on state power remain in place. Once powerful AI can be too easily absorbed into government or military systems, the risk is no longer abstract - it becomes existential.
Btw Reuters reported Friday that Trump had directed federal agencies to cease using Anthropic technology amid a Pentagon dispute over AI and warfare.

Children are humanity’s future — and how we prepare them for the AI era may be one of the defining forces shaping where we go as a species.
And it starts with us, as parents.
As Amy put it so well: our job is to raise AI builders and creators — not just consumers. If AI will be present in every child’s life, the real question is whether we’re equipping them with clarity, accountability, and strong decision-making to use it wisely.
Human- AI alignment starts with how we raise kids!
Vivi retweeted
The pace of AI is accelerating.
Our role is to slow down enough to build wisdom around it.
Children do not just need access to tools. They need guidance on how to use them with integrity and ownership.
That is the real work ahead.
“Intentional parenting is no longer a virtue. It’s a necessity.” golden quote of the day by @amydlove!
Amy just published a powerful piece titled “Something Big Is Happening.” And she’s right.
AI isn’t just reshaping work. It’s reshaping how our children think, learn, reason — and form judgment.
In our earlier episode of @Vivi_Valley’s AI for Humanity series, Amy said something that still echoes:
"We adopted social media before alignment.
We cannot afford to repeat that mistake with AI".
As someone who closely observes human–AI dynamics — from cognition to relationships — I see the shift clearly: Information is abundant. But Judgment is scarce.
The future will not reward those who used AI the fastest. It will reward those who integrate it wisely — with discernment, creativity, and ethical grounding.
The real question is: Are we preparing this generation intentionally - or letting adoption outpace alignment again?
A must-read for anyone who wants not just to survive, but to help the next generation truly thrive in the Age of AI.
