🚀 Thrilled to share — my #TEDx talk is now live! After years in Silicon Valley’s tech & crypto scene, I’ve seen how fast we’re racing toward smarter, faster tools. But I keep asking: Where is technology really taking us? And is it making us more human — or less? In “Why Tech Needs a Soul? The Compass Every Founder Needs”, I share my Soul Compass — Empathy, Purpose, Connection — a framework to guide founders and innovators toward building tech that serves humanity, not just algorithms. 🎥 Watch here: youtube.com/watch?v=21M2l4KY… What does Tech with Soul mean to you? 😉🌹 Would like to hear your thoughts and stories. #TEDx #AI #Web3 #TechWithSoul

Jennifer Lawrence’s rumored $30,000 plastic surgery - to look more “youthful”… or just more like @DanielaAmodei ? Fun fact: Daniela was born in 1987. Jennifer in 1990. Honestly, Daniela - when Hollywood star is “after” your looks, take the compliment. 😇

A bombshell headline. An alleged spy. And one of the most powerful people in AI. When the New York Times broke the story about Huang Le, also known as Alice Huang, and her reported “close relationship” with Jensen Huang, I wanted to know more. But the more I read, the more I wanted to separate what had been established from what people might assume. How close was their relationship? The report couldn’t establish that. Nvidia describes their interactions as routine customer meetings. And Huang Le was questioned in Singapore in 2025 and released without charge. That doesn’t resolve the allegations, but it should give us pause before treating them as a verdict. For our follow-up at the Post, we looked into her background. An online résumé lists reporter jobs at Hunan TV and CCTV. We couldn’t find any reporting profile under her name on either broadcaster’s website, and my sources within the TV networks told me they have never heard of her. Having worked in television myself, that detail caught my attention. An absent online record doesn’t settle someone’s employment history—but it does leave a claim to verify. Then came a strange but not surprising moment: DeepSeek refused to answer my question about her, apparently triggering its safety mechanism. Definitely an interesting story to follow My latest reporting 👇

A negligence conviction over a €400m taxpayer payout. No penalty. Then the ECB’s “temporary” inflation call. Quite a résumé for someone entrusted with other people’s money. Wishing her a speedy recovery—but European wallets could use some first aid too. 🩹
I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027. It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution. I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.

Crypto’s biggest promise means little if people can’t trust it with their savings. Encouraging to see Tether and Circle move quickly to freeze funds linked to the suspected Binance hack. I hope Binance follows through on its assurances to users. The bigger question: as AI gives scammers and hackers more powerful tools, can financial security keep pace? No verified evidence links AI to this incident. But protecting people’s money needs the same urgency—and investment—as building the next big thing.
User funds are safe! It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m). I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.

Remember this? SF home closed $10 M more than the asking price, that's what I'm talking about ... Embrace the crazy liquidity wave, my friends!
Anthropic hasn’t gone public yet. The spending has already started. Bigger home budgets. Yachts. SF is bracing for an AI payday—and a tighter squeeze for residents without stock. 😭 My latest for @nypost @californiapost 👇

I called it a whole year ago‼️ Megaspeed CEO Huang Xiaole (黄小乐) aka Alice Huang, a Chinese businesswoman who had a close relationship with Jensen Huang, was found to be a Chinese intelligence asset funneling information to Beijing. President Trump was briefed and took no action. American spy agencies had gathered striking intelligence. Surveillance of Alice Huang revealed that she had developed a close relationship with Jensen Huang, Nvidia’s chief executive. The discovery that Beijing was getting reports from someone with direct access to Jensen Huang set off alarms at the White House. Roughly a year ago, Trump was briefed about the intelligence findings, which have not been previously reported, and chose not to do anything with the information. Trump has been wary of disrupting Nvidia’s chip sales, which are helping to drive the economy and the stock market, and of further complicating the trading relationship with China. American officials already suspected that Alice Huang was helping China evade constraints on its ability to gain access to advanced AI chips. But the revelation that she was feeding information directly to Beijing raised more troubling possibilities. And it left questions about whether she could be gleaning information about Nvidia, which as much as any company accounts for the lead the US has maintained in developing cutting-edge AI models. Jensen Huang has not received a defensive briefing, warnings sometimes given to Americans who are being targeted by foreign intelligence services. The surveillance of Alice Huang continues, and companies that have been affiliated with her continued this year to purchase Nvidia chips. When Trump was initially briefed on the intelligence last year, U.S. officials did not believe the Nvidia executive knew that Jensen Huang was gathering information for the Chinese. It is unclear whether intelligence officials have since updated their assessment, but some senior officials inside the Trump administration doubt that Jensen Huang could have remained unaware of what they had concluded was her intel-gathering role for China. The previous reporting about Alice Huang described her meteoric and somewhat mysterious rise. A Chinese businesswoman and investor, she eventually became a top official with Megaspeed, which the Commerce Department, toward the end of the Biden administration, began to suspect was helping China evade US prohibitions and gain access to the computing power of Nvidia chips. The US government has been investigating Megaspeed since late 2024, when a Commerce Department official visited its data center in Malaysia and found the site to be suspicious. The Nvidia equipment was still packed in boxes, suggesting it was being shipped in or out rather than installed there. Singapore has conducted its own investigation into Megaspeed. In 2025, Singaporean authorities brought Alice Huang in for questioning, but subsequently released her. The Commerce Department investigation into Megaspeed was handed over this year to the Justice Department. Megaspeed is among the firms in Southeast Asia that buy chips to build data centers and then rent their computing power to companies in China. Megaspeed is essentially a middle man. It has bought Nvidia chips from Aivres, the US arm of 🇨🇳 Inspur, which has been blacklisted for funneling technology to the Chinese military, though Aivres remains free of sanctions. Megaspeed has then provided that computing power to Alibaba and other Chinese companies. US officials believe the firm is one piece of a sprawling international effort by Chinese companies to access the chips needed to build and run AI. Investigators suspect that some Nvidia chips acquired by Megaspeed are also finding their way illegally into China. 1/n nytimes.com/2026/10/29/us/po…

Who actually gets rich if Anthropic lists at $2 trillion? The S-1 filed on Monday lets us answer from the filing itself. The reported target is $1.5T to $2T, listing the week of November 16. The filing implies about 16.9B fully diluted shares. So $2T works out to roughly $118 a share. The cap table at $2T: - $199B for the 7 controlling co-founders, about 10% - $28B for Ben Mann, if his stake matches theirs - $100B for the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, 5% - $331B in employee options and RSUs, about 17% , That pool covers about 5,300 employees, an average of $62M each. - But when you joined matters enormously. The S-1 shows how much equity was granted each year, and at what price. [ Headcount went from about 300 to 500 in late 2023, to 940 at end 2024, to 5,300 now. Match the two, and here is roughly how many people made what at $2T: - $110M to $400M each: ~300 to 500 people hired by 2023 - $200M to $300M each: ~440 to 640 hired in 2024 - $70M to $95M each: ~1,360 hired in 2025 - $10M to $20M each: ~3,000 hired in 2026 So about 940 people hired by the end of 2024 average nine figures. Everyone hired since averages eight figures. The 2024 class is the surprise. That year Anthropic granted 1.28B options at $1.30 a share. At $118, that one year of grants is worth about $133B. Then there is the tender. In April, holders could sell at $25.91 a share. Investors lined up $6B, but only $4.7B sold. Weeks later, Series H priced at $58.90 a share. At $2T, the people who held would be up 4.6x. And Dario and Daniela Amodei were among the sellers. The 7 founders have pledged 80% of their equity to charity. That is about $159B at $2T. But the S-1 says the pledges are not legally binding.

Did she do plastic surgery so that she could play Dairo's sister @DanielaAmodei in the new movie about @AnthropicAI ? 😌
Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence appears ‘unrecognizable’ on magazine cover while claiming to have only ever undergone one plastic surgery procedure. The ‘Hunger Games’ star has admitted to having a breast augmentation surgery and ‘baby botox’ while saying she wants to get a facelift in future to be a “sexy mom.” “I want to be a sexy mom. At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s**t together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s**t together.” Fans have speculated she has undergone more procedures after they branded her ‘unrecognizable’ during her appearance on the cover of ‘The Cut’ magazine.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in North Carolina after an HOA just DOUBLED monthly fees to **$2,500/MONTH** for homeowners who were paying just $158/month just five years ago... ...and the homeowners say the HOA board tried to charge homeowners $7,500/MONTH JUST IN HOA FEES!!!!!!! On Monday night, the board backed off $7,500... ...but voted to DOUBLE fees to $2,500 a month instead. Yes, $30,000 a year just to LIVE IN YOUR HOME THAT YOU BOUGHT. Nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what families were paying a few years ago. Families who bought what they thought were their forever homes are now being told to pay $30,000 a year in HOA fees, or GO INTO FORECLOSURE!!!!!! The neighborhood is Magnolia Cove in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County NC. Jill Menson and her husband bought their house believing it would be their LAST home and five years ago, their HOA fee was $158 a month. This summer it shot up to more than $1,200. Plus a $10,000 ASSESSMENT on top of that. On Monday night, the HOA board voted to raise fees AGAIN, from $1,250 to $2,500 a month. That’s nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what they paid five years ago. And the meeting? It was held over ZOOM. Menson says they’ll be forced out with nowhere to go, because no one will buy a house carrying fees like that. So they went to the state for help. The North Carolina Attorney General’s office told Channel 9 there are NO STATUTES limiting how much an HOA can charge. None. As long as the board follows its own documents, it can charge whatever it wants. In Jill Menson’s words: “Nobody is helping us.” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!
