Once a satellite's electronics fail in orbit, there's no fixing them. The mission is essentially over. Voyager is standardizing components like power supplies to reuse across product lines instead of custom-building each one, moving production from a few units at a time to runs of 300–400, with more capacity coming online in Long Beach.

Griffin-1 just went through a rigorous round of testing. Vibration testing exposes the spacecraft to the same stresses it will encounter at liftoff, giving our team confidence it
can handle the trip to the Moon.

NREP's decade-long run has ended. The first external commercial research platform on the @Space_Station was decommissioned, but its successor, NEL, is already oversubscribed. ow.ly/UcEn50ZPuti

We’ve been to the Moon before, but since that last trip, we’ve learned more about the lunar surface (and what lies beneath it) than we ever knew before. The Moon offers a unique opportunity to conduct science, explore our universe and pursue a deeper truth of our world in ways no other destination in our solar system affords.
$VOYG #AcceleratingtheAdvantage #MissionReady
There are great lakes’ worth of water ice in the permanently shadowed regions of the lunar poles. Large lava tubes under the Moon’s surface grant the opportunity to examine the stratigraphy of lunar rock and understand the history of the ancient sun. In the radio-quiet zone of the lunar far side, we could examine radio waves and peer deeper into the history of the universe than ever before.
Griffin-1 is scheduled to land on the lunar surface before the end of the year, joining a 60-year history of American Moon exploration. But the Moon remains a largely unexplored frontier and there’s so much left to learn. With three lunar landings planned within the next three years, Voyager is enabling what comes next.
