The "propaganda nature" of both of those films is anti-Nazi--Sergeant York allegorically, Mrs. Miniver explicitly. Never a bad message and, of course, especially timely in 1941 and 1942.
"Sergeant York" (1941) & "Mrs. Miniver" (1942) are two movies which are very well made. The latter is easily among the greatest of all time. But I detest the propaganda nature of both the movies. I saw "Friendly Persuasion" (1956) after watching both the above mentioned movies. In a way, it was kind of satisfying due to the Anti-War message of "Friendly Persuasion". It is no secret that I am a big fan of William Wyler & also Gary Cooper (It took years for me to love him after not rating him much). Cooper starred in "Sergeant York" & Wyler directed "Mrs. Miniver". It feels the movie was kind of redemption for the other two.
Despite the serious story of "Friendly Persuasion", there is humour throughout the film & perhaps it is a little too sentimental at times. I also love it for the reason that it gives an extended look into the way of life of Quakers, who are represented in some movies, but seldom given a characterisation as deep as in this one.

Sir Patrick Stewart describes his first experience of a Hamburger in America. (You’ll read this in his voice)
Geordi La Forge actor LeVar Burton pays tribute to his “Star Trek” co-star Patrick Stewart:
“He was family. There is no other context in which to hold him that makes sense. I am lucky to have known and loved so many of the facets of a soul so rich in talent and generous of heart. Of all the Dames and Knights I’ve known he was deep down-the silliest.”

“Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived.” — Patrick Stewart as Capt. Jean-Luc Picard
Legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart, best known for his work in the "Star Trek" and "X-Men" franchises and his prolific award-winning stage career, has died at 86 years old, his spokesperson confirmed.
Stewart died at home on Wednesday, with his wife Sunny at his side, a post on his social media channels said. His death followed "a brief and poignant journey with Alzheimer's Disease and Lewy Body Dementia," the post said.

Thank you, Emmanuel, for your condolences. Unfortunately, the death toll from the Russian strike on a commuter train in Dnipro has already risen to 14. And just a few hours ago, the Russians struck a residential neighborhood in Chernihiv with a drone and killed two girls. They were only 15 years old. In Kremenchuk, a Russian “shahed” struck an apartment building. Tragically, three people were killed. My condolences to all those who lost their loved ones. In these three attacks alone, 56 people have been reported injured, including 10 children.
These are deliberate strikes against civilians, brazen in their cruelty, and the Russians are carrying them out right as the humanitarian operation in Oleshky is unfolding. Russia’s signals are clear – they want the war to continue, and everyone around the world must still work very hard to achieve major de-escalation through strong steps and appropriate pressure on the aggressor.
Peace is needed – and for that to happen, Russia must end its war and terror.
