To you friends in the @UPDFspokespersn,@PoliceUg etc-patriotism is not believing in a particular administration,it is for instance not about supporting or believing in Museveni &protecting his personality. It’s about fighting for your country& dignity-protecting the #Constitution
Honestly, what even was that?
How did the young lad who almost lost his leg instead end up with a red card?
I’m relieved @Arsenal is finally out of this minor @Carabao_Cup tournament. The referee needs to be fired and that redcard recalled!
If truly the @ballondor rewards the best individual footballer rather than the player with the best trophy collection, @KMbappe wins it for last year. Kane’s supporters can only point to his consistent goal scoring bt in terms of skill, dribbling, explosiveness, creativity-Mbappé.
On what legal grounds are these arrests being justified? Does the act of ejecting an individual from private property and a burial ceremony, while subjecting them to humiliation, constitute a criminal offense under Ugandan law? Was anyone assaulted rather than asked to leave?
Police have arrested 20 people following an attack on Kibuku County MP Herbert Tom Kinobere during the burial of former Busiro MP Charles Matovu yesterday.

Why are the ruling party and non opposition members so obsessed with how the opposition chooses it’s leader? Do you guys have a country to run?
Bill to change election of Leader of Opposition gazetted.

It’s nothing short of a miracle that those who once shielded the regime are finally speaking out, acknowledging that the abduction and torture of citizens by @MODVA_UPDF is real and must come to an end.
On the floor of Parliament this afternoon, Ofwono Opondo, the MP for Older Persons (Eastern Uganda), raised the issue of continued arbitrary arrests, abductions and torture of citizens by security forces.
He specifically cited the abduction of Praise Aloikin Opoloje about three weeks ago.
He wondered whether this was a new law for the NRM.

Replying to @KagutaMuseveni
@KagutaMuseveni talks to soldiers about discipline while commissioning his grandson. Sir, discipline is, inter alia, about remembering what you said 40 years ago about African leaders overstaying their welcome.
Ps.@RobertKayanja on #TBN teaching the profound impact of drawing closer to God rather than simply remaining in proximity.I always cherished watching him particularly given his distinction as one of the few, if not the only, African figures to feature on the network repeatedly.
So, are we supposed to think that @Elijah_Kitaka1 who backslid from church, had to wait for any debate about the Kayanjas to surface for him to open up a supposedly old grievance against a young accomplished preacher & son to Ps.Kayanja.Assuming the current debate did not come up?

For over FOUR DECADES, God’s General, Pastor Robert Kayanja, has faithfully preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ, carrying the fire of revival across generations!
What a privilege and blessing to sit under this anointing and call him my spiritual father! 🙏🏿🔥
A GENERAL OF GOD! #Thread #RobertKayanja
They come to Uganda and create frames against our own indigenous people to pull them down so that they stay atop and survive. Meanwhile we the indigenous Ugandans give them a helping hand to pull down our very own. A good current example is Pst. Kayanja, first it was Katikiro etc.
To all those who recognize the immense contribution of @RobertKayanja to Uganda despite the opposition he’s been subjected to throughout the years, let’s flood this social media space with his past & present videos of preaching wisdom and let’s put the enemy to shame.
Pastor @RobertKayanja explaining why Uganda was still suffering in 1992. Bro, this man was epically unstoppable. Back to you @NinyeTabz @TonyNatif 🤩
Years ago, those who watched Trinity Broadcasting Network-TBN can recall that Ps.@RobertKayanja was a favorite on the show.Once he stated: “The devil is often quite amusing;he chooses the very moment God is abt to visit you to strike, hoping you will turn your eyes away from God.”
Stop hyping Elijah for nothing because there is absolutely no tsunami here.He clearly doesn’t know what to say especially when his own father was at Miracle centre apologizing to Ps.Robert.Maybe Elijah shd explain why that apology even happened instead of spreading exaggerations.
Mr Elijah Kitaka’s dad, Mr Grace Kitaka, was at the front row when the Biwempe Church movement was growing. The likes of Pastors Kayanja, Namutebi et al were his “gangos”.
The history is too deep.
Can’t take chances with Elijah Kitaka telling it without the option of a #SafeCorridor.
That man, Mr Kayanja Jr was right to go mute. Can’t stand in the way of a Tstunami and dare it to sweep you.
In the video @robrjk is testifying that he once struggled with the issue & God delivered him—proof of what can be done for others facing the same; unless you’re low IQ, what is hard to understand here? God can deliver you too from whatever you are going through,I'm sure there's.
Ignoring a clear risk while remaining vulnerable is a wrong approach. It’s official & documented that the first Kenyan Ebola case traveled by road from DRC through Uganda to an airport before boarding a flight to Kenya. So characterizing the situation in Uganda as less concerning
