What is it though? Buying files you have no right to isn't a business model. I wouldn't hand my client's CAD over to anyone, let alone a stranger in my DMs 🤣

"With TEM Agent, I can just describe what I want in plain language, and it can string those steps together itself: even requests I never specifically programmed for. That means a non-expert can now do things that used to require custom code for every scenario.” - Peter Ercius, @molecularfndry staff scientist

I've rarely seen a great engineer leave for money alone. They leave to work alongside other great engineers on projects that actually get built. Grants fund projects. Buildouts fund schedules, floors and payrolls. I always check which one my region runs.

Replying to @jlcasal

Today @CircuitHub is unveiling The Grid, our factory-scale robot in Massachusetts that builds circuit boards on demand.
No changeovers, no per-design setup. Prototypes and production batches, fully automated.
It just works! 😎 Good to see hatch spacing getting attention, people obsess over power and velocity and ignore it.
A finite element model revealed that key process parameters (laser power, velocity, hatch spacing) significantly influenced melt pool characteristics, cooling rates, and residual stress distribution in LPBF of Ti-6Al-4V.
