What's worse? Finding out you bought a New House from an unlicensed Builder or finding out data in the Builder Directory you used to research your Builder had been corrupted by #Tarion meant to conceal true Builder Performance & fool buyer. I CHOOSE #2!

Did you know Ontario Auditor General released a scathing report on Tarion a few months later? Page 8 dealt with Builder Directory missing critical information such as Building Code Violations, important info House Buyers should have b4 choosing a builder to purchase from. Fraud?
$685,000 budget for the 'Internal' Ont New Home Ombuds! For What? Treating Home Owners fairly should not cost a cent, whether it be after the 2019 scathing AG report or today in 2026. This is not Value for Money for buyers unless the Ombuds visits each and every owner's house!
Tarion is on LinkedIn promoting its Ombuds. But Tarion won't accept comments to that post - we wonder why.
