Friday was my last day at Anthropic.
Two years ago, when Claude Code was a small internal tool, I asked it to build an RL env. I steered it for tens of hours but never manually wrote a line of code. It worked, I was hooked, and I joined the team.
When we first launched, most people approved every permission prompt by hand and mostly used Claude to answer questions and write tests.
Today, the default is trusting Claude's judgment to auto-approve. Claude does large migrations and builds new products.
Helping build Claude Code into an industry-defining product has been the journey of a lifetime.
Thank you to the incredible team behind Claude Code, Cowork, and Tag. These products are the sum of thousands of great ideas from you. I'll miss working with you all.

worktree 使わせてガンガン並列で開発させているとストレージ容量すぐになくなるので、定期的に（or 常時監視で）いらない worktree やキャッシュ等を削除させるとよいです
ついでに Spotlight の indexing も切っておくとよいです
起きたら自分のプランが Ultra になってて 5h limit も無くなってた

We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed.

もうherdr 以外のセッションで作業すること無くなったしiTermとの相性微妙に気になるな、と思ってたところにherdr daemonそのまま使えるHerdr UI なるものが出てきた（非公式）

最近の強めのLLMモデルは十分に応答も早くなったため、15並列くらいでやってるとほぼ常にどれかに対応することになり、LLM待ちみたいなのがなくなった
LLMにいくつか投げてしばらく待ちだねってやってたの、かなりのんびりしてたなみたいに思うようになってしまった。数ヶ月前の話なのにね

TechCrunch によると Claude Duet は雑用やチケット予約は得意じゃないと Anthropic 自身が言ってるらしい
ブリーフィングやダッシュボード作りが得意らしく、やはり Dots のような方向性

Mythos でのフルスキャンはまだしてないから正確な比較はできないけど、全体の1/3くらいのスキャンで$600だったので、まあ結構高いとは思う
