A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children.
I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

As we in the Unmanned Systems Forces once again examine the technological challenges and risks of 2027, I rank this method—a form of cognitive operations—among the threats with strategic impact. So let me explain in plain language how it works.
When you ask an internet search engine a question, for example, “Why did X happen?” or something similar about a targeted topic—or even one that isn’t targeted—you instantly get a ready-made answer generated by a chatbot from the vastness of the web. Very convenient. But you need to understand where that answer comes from.
The chatbot searches through numerous news sources and texts and usually gives you a substantive answer, while below it, Google or whatever search engine you use displays dozens of pages of blue links to websites. Of course, reading a single compiled answer is quick and convenient. Just understand this:‼️artificial intelligence does not know the truth. It literally retells the internet.
Russia was among the first to grasp this, and here is what it is cooking up, systematically and deliberately poisoning AI with millions of fake articles: since 2022, the “Pravda” network of websites has gained momentum and remained active—close to two hundred sites in dozens of languages. These sites publish 10,000–20,000 similar articles every day, amounting to 4–6 million articles a year. These articles are not written for people. They are written for machines.
Here is what happens next: when 20,000 articles are created around a single false propaganda claim, published in different languages across hundreds of websites that also link to one another, the machine sees: lots of sources are reporting this, so it looks like the truth. And it dumps a lie on you in the chatbot’s characteristic descriptive yet confident manner, delivered in a neutral, non-judgmental tone. No telltale accents or traces of a propagandist, no “Rossiya 1” logo in the corner. Just presented as fact.
Research into ten of the world’s most popular chatbots has already found that, in a third of cases, they take in and reproduce narratives from Russian fake stories. The machine readily answers your question, “Why did X happen?” even when X is made up—meaning the lie is already embedded in the question. Back in 2024, four out of ten bots answered yes when asked, “Did Azov soldiers burn an effigy of Trump?” and provided links to sources. Try it. There are thousands of examples like this. Including ones about Magyar and the Birds—the worm goes berserk every fucking second.
We are losing ground to the worms’ troll farms in this war. Though we have bred an entire stratum of trolls of our own.
There is no “betrayal” here, and no advice to follow—just highlighting a threat that is under study alongside dozens of other challenges of today and tomorrow.
Critical thinking should not be delegated. Not even to the smartest machine. Use your head and always verify the source and the information.

Invece il gasolio del Canada, che ha un surplus enorme di gasolio, a pochi chilometri dagli USA, non va bene.
Eh già perché il Canada, che ricordiamo è il 4° esportatore mondiale e la Russia il 3°, fino a giugno 2026 aveva accumulato un surplus netto di circa 190.800 barili di prodotti raffinati al giorno. La Russia, invece, è stata costretta ad importare prodotti raffinati dall'India e dalla Corea del Sud.

23-year-old Iryna Zarutska was butchered on a Charlotte light rail, her throat cut open by a violent repeat offender who had been arrested 14 times and was STILL free.
This wasn’t random. This was preventable. There is a war on White people. Her blood is on the hands of a system that lets violent criminals roam while innocent people pay the price.
If Iryna were Black and her killer White, the media would be rioting nonstop. But because she’s White, they stay silent.

If Ukraine runs out of missiles for air defense systems, Ukrainian cities will not have any protection against massive Russian strikes.
I call on all friends of Ukraine to make every effort possible to resume supplies or allow urgent purchases of US air defense systems and missiles for them.
Thousands, millions of Ukrainian lives are literally at stake.
I call on all journalists to ask about this at any press-conference or other events connected with the US administration (including US embassies around the world); please send media requests to the White House regarding the stop in supplies of critically important components to Ukraine.

❗️The United States has stopped the scheduled supplies of Patriot air defense missiles and other weapons to Ukraine - @nickschifrin.
Patriot missiles protect Ukraine from Russian ballistic missiles. Other air defense components are critical, as well.
To understand the scale:
In June 2025 (just in one month), Ukrainian Air Forces destroyed:
◾️8 Kinzhal missiles
◾️14 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
◾️93 X-101/X-55CM cruise missiles
◾️12 Kalibr cruise missiles
◾️27 Iskander-K cruise missiles
◾️13 guided aviation missiles
◾️2,453 Shahed drones
◾️659 reconnaissance drones
◾️1,479 drones of other types.
So much of that was targeted at Ukrainian civilians, on Ukrainian peaceful cities.
Just on June 29, over 500 Russian air targets were launched at Ukraine.
No one has ever done what Ukrainian air defense does in this war, I think.
They are protecting our Ukraine in an extremely challenging environment against a very strong and well-equipped enemy. But they need the equipment to shoot down Russian drones and missiles raining down on Ukraine.

In 1994, the United States, Russia, and Britain signed something called the Budapest Memorandum. This was shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union. As the Soviet Union broke up, it turned out that Ukraine, which was formerly part of the Soviet Union, had the third largest nuclear weapons stockpile in the world. The Budapest Memorandum was an agreement between the United States, the United Kingdom, and Russia that if Ukraine would give up its nuclear weapons, its territorial integrity and independence would be preserved and respected. This was a historic point in world history. It was an important step toward nuclear nonproliferation and prevented the rise of a major third nuclear power in Eastern Europe.
But, unfortunately, Russia proceeded to violate that same agreement in 2014 with the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula, and then, as we know, the Russian Government, led by Mr. Putin, violated that agreement a second time in February of 2022 with its invasion of Ukraine."
