Honestly, this is why I’m still holding and building on @enjin . It’s not about price or waiting for the next cycle. It’s what they’ve actually built over the years.
They created ERC-1155, which ended up becoming a standard the whole industry uses. They built a Blockchain specifically for digital assets and games. And with Platform 3, Fuel Tanks, managed wallets and much more. Regular players can finally just play without worrying about fees or setting up wallets.
I’ve seen so many projects chase hype and then vanish. Very few keep shipping real tech while the market acts like they don’t exist.
Web3 gaming still has the same issue: lots of tokens and marketplaces, but hardly anything worth sticking around for. If the tech is ever going to fade into the background and ownership is going to actually mean something long term, it’ll be because of infrastructure like this.
So yeah, I still believe in what they’re building!
I've never chased hype. I've always preferred fundamentals.
What I write here isn't a buy recommendation. It's just how I see Enjin after so many years following the project. It might even be more of a conversation with myself than with anyone else.
I've been an ENJ holder since 2018. I've been through euphoria, violent drops, entire market cycles, and moments when it seemed much easier to just give up. But when the market crashes, my reaction usually isn't to run.
It might look like fanboy behavior. I get it. But that's not how I see it.
My confidence in Enjin wasn't born from price, and even less from promises. It was built gradually, following what the team delivered over the years. I trust the people behind the project and, above all, I trust their track record of execution.
ERC-1155 is perhaps the best example of that. Witek Radomski, Enjin's co-founder, was the author of the standard that became one of the most important technical foundations for NFTs and digital assets in gaming. To me, that's worth far more than any marketing campaign: it's technology created by a team and adopted by the industry itself.
And Enjin didn't stop there.
The project went from being just an ERC-20 token to evolving into its own Layer 1, the Enjin Blockchain, with governance, staking, Fuel Tanks, and infrastructure designed from the ground up for digital assets and gaming.
Then came Platform 3, rebuilt practically from scratch, simplifying things that had always been obstacles to real adoption: automatic transaction signing via Fuel Tanks, seamless wallet creation for players, batch transactions, and real-time communication.
It's exactly this kind of detail that interests me.
If blockchain really wants to reach the average user, they shouldn't need to understand blockchain. A player shouldn't have to think about gas, seed phrases, signing, or infrastructure. The technology needs to disappear behind the experience.
What probably bothers me most is precisely how the market prices these things.
Projects that have practically built nothing can reach absurd valuations in a matter of weeks. Memecoins appear out of nowhere, multiply dozens or hundreds of times over, and disappear just as fast. Meanwhile, teams that spend years building infrastructure can remain practically ignored.
Sometimes the market seems to have no logic.
Or maybe it has a different logic than mine.
But this mismatch doesn't diminish my conviction. In a way, it's precisely what keeps me watching.
I don't know how much ENJ will be worth tomorrow, a year from now, or five years from now. And it would be dishonest to pretend I do.
What I do know is why I keep holding.
After so many years, I can still look at the project, at the technology built, at the decisions made, and at the team's track record and find concrete reasons to keep believing.
Deep down, I'm writing this to record it for myself.
It's not about guessing the next candle.
It's about knowing what I have in my hands — and remembering why I chose to keep holding.
@enjin
also binance 14 is still getting user deposits. 2,962 ETH landed in it at 20:52, and last I checked the delegation was still pointing at the attacker’s contract
there’s a pending “execute batch” tx from it to hot wallet 34 though. could be binance trying to get funds out. keeping an eye on it
market already felt it. ~$620M liquidated in an hour, almost all longs, and BNB dropped about 6%
to be clear, binance hasn’t confirmed anything. no statement, no withdrawal pause that I’ve seen, and nothing yet on whether tether or circle froze anything
the chain looks really bad, but until they say something this is still unconfirmed
However if you dig on chain like i did you'll easily find that this was indeed an exploit
Sent my best creature into the Mine and left myself pretty much wide open. It came back with exactly the Shards I needed... and I nearly lost the game because of it. Honestly that’s what makes @StarstoneTales fun!
#StarstoneUGC @enjin
A few other things i personally liked: creatures can attack the turn they land, kills give you bonus Shards, and once their board is empty you go straight at their Starstone (100 HP).
Sounds simple. Gets complicated fast. If you lose, it’s probably more because of a call you made and less because of RNG.
