Concerned about fascism so they're picking people at random to prosecute when they get power. To protect against fascism.
Kara Swisher adds DOGE's "Big Balls" to the Democrat target list.
"They could just pick a few people. To me, that's the way you go. You pick like a Hegseth, a Musk, and I don't know, Big Balls."
"Rather than go for Trump, go for everybody."
"Make it so broad that exhausts people who just do want to move on."
They're now just casually naming random people that did things they didn't like.
The ever-growing investigation wishlist now includes Trump family, donors, friends, supporters, allies and DOGE employees.
And it won't stop there.

Artificial intelligence is moving at lightning speed, reshaping jobs, families, and everyday culture. But as believers navigate this digital shift, experts say the church cannot afford to run blindly ahead—or freeze out of fear.

James O’Keefe on the Felony Charges for Exposing Fraud in Minnesota:
This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line.
Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting.
I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

When pro-life activists exposed abortion clinics selling baby parts in California, Democrats filed felonies against the activists.
When Nick Shirley exposed immigrant fraud in California, Democrats passed an anti-Nick Shirley law.
When James O’Keefe exposed Minnesota election fraud, Democrats filed felony charges against him.
Democrats have become an organized crime cartel masquerading as a political party.

HILARIOUS. Even the journalists can’t believe the charges.
James O’Keefe charged with “unlawful voting”.
They “began to apply for a ballot” according to @HennepinAtty
They had the “intent” to apply for the ballot? 😂
Can the Hennepin attorney please flesh out that thought crime a little more?

Notice the word “some.” This is a perfect example of how sophisticated media manipulation works.
In English, “evidence” is an uncountable noun. It can refer to a single piece of evidence, a hundred pieces, or an enormous body of evidence. The word itself says nothing about quantity or strength. When you say an investigation found evidence, you are simply stating that evidence was found.
But adding “some” subtly changes the meaning. It introduces a totally unnecessary qualification that encourages readers to assume that the evidence was weak or inconclusive. Most importantly, the New York Times has absolutely no way of making such an assessment in the first place.
That is what makes this kind of manipulation so insidious. These so-called journalists can claim to have reported the facts accurately while simultaneously steering the reader toward a particular interpretation. And most readers will absorb that impression without ever realizing how or that it was planted.

If I’m wrong, I’ll eat my words, but I don’t think I am and I want to note this:
I think that the polls are wrong again. I don’t think that they’re off by a 2016 margin (or 2020), but they don’t have to be. I think election night will look a lot like 2022, just in reverse.
As I look around the country, I just don’t believe that Ashley Moody only leads Angie Nixon by 6. I don’t believe that Cindy Hyde-Smith only leads Colom by 4. I don’t believe Kansas is a dead heat, nor do I believe Indiana is, nor do I believe Iowa is (or Minnesota, for that matter).
I think that on election night we’re going to see Max Engling win by 4-6 in Indiana, I think we’ll see Ashley Hinson win in Iowa (and maybe Zach Lahn too), I think we see Paxton walk away in Texas by a few points, and that we see Moody blow it out in Florida. I’d even give Husted and Ramaswamy the edge in Ohio, and probably bet on Rogers right now in Michigan.
The polls don’t have to be that wrong for us to have a solid election night, we just need a few close ones to go our way.

🚨 BREAKING: Journalists James O’Keefe and Cam Higby have been hit with TWO FELONY CHARGES in Minneapolis for their video EXPOSING vulnerabilities in Minnesota’s elections
This is TOTAL LAWFARE!
@camhigby walked in wearing a burqa to show they’d let him vote with a WOMAN’S name with NO questions asked, and he could even “vouch” for some other unregistered “Muslim” (who was @JamesOKeefeIII in a costume)
NEITHER of them voted.
The charges include felony unlawful voting and identity theft.
It’s a WITCH HUNT to try to SCARE OFF conservative journalists, and nothing more.
DO NOT BE DETERRED!

This is the Minnesota prosecutor who charged me with two felonies this morning for exposing the state’s corruption.
She turned her comments off. Vile, disgusting coward.
James Edward O’Keefe, 42, and Cam Higby, 26, both face felony charges of unlawful voting and identity theft.

Republicans are learning that the law is a door that only swings in one direction. Democrats can do illegal and unconstitutional things — like enacting DACA, or putting noncitizens on voting rolls — but when Republicans try to undo these things, judges prevent them from doing so.

WATCH: CNN's Dana Bash, Mark Preston, and Alayna Trenne DEFEND Alaska Democrats and Mary Peltola's campaign after The New York Times bombshell confirms they worked with national Democrats to find another "Dan Sullivan" to run in #AKSen to confuse voters
“So, this is not illegal. It is not new”
“Listen, two things you said very important. It’s not illegal and it’s not new.”
“I use the term dirty tricks intentionally because it’s — it’s not illegal. This is something that — is untoward. It is something that Democrats have tried to do in races where they think it could be to their advantage to run candidates that could siphon votes away from Republicans and Republicans do the same. I mean, just in Alaska alone, Mary Peltola, who’s now on the ballot for the senate, she lost her House race two years ago. On that ballot, there was a candidate who was literally in prison who was reportedly recruited and — and kept on the ballot at the behest of Republicans. There’s a socialist running in Ohio with the hopes of taking votes away from the Democrat, Sherrod Brown. These are dirty tricks. They are legal, dirty tricks. But again, at a time when you have a President and his — supporters, particularly those with very big platforms, trying to undermine the election, and Alaska is a potentially key and even pivotal, pivotal Senate seat that could determine the outcome of the control of the Senate, it’s a big deal.”
“It’s absolutely a big deal, and I think there’s no question, despite as you all have pointed out, and I think it’s worth saying, again, this was not illegal, something that [Republicans] are going to blow up.”
