Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
Fool me 4 times…. I’m an idiot.

Liar. Are you really this stupid?
Reagan had 7.4% GDP growth rate in a year.
Reagan had the best economy of the 20th century.
From 1982 until 2007, America created more wealth in years than we did in our past 230 years & it was all because of Reagan's economic policies and tax cuts
Trump's economy was better than Obama's & Biden's economy per the facts.
It's like you're proud of being so uninformed & uneducated.
Go educate yourself.
Might want to rephrase that stupid post…
Trump is very very very different. This war in Iran will be won. It’s not started just to steal tax money. And Trump just cut a very important deal with Greenland that no other president would have even tried much less accomplished. Stock market has record highs. Economy is booming that’s why diesel is in short supply. Diesel is the life blood of commercial shipping
Obama bombed more countries that all of them combined. Nothing changes until Americans finally stop fighting about coke and pepsi and figure out what is going on. They are ALL in on it. You are not allowed to be in power unless you are. It is theater. We can not vote our way out of this. God Bless and stay safe.
Republicans somehow convinced themselves that the GOP is the party of small govt and fiscal responsibility. They're just a different kind of big govt and every Republican president in my lifetime has outspent Democrats who then had to come in and right the ship.
You know it's gotten bad in the Republican camp when Karl Rove and John Cornyn announce that they're voting Democrat!!
Every single democrat president has been too much of a pussy to defend this country. It’s funny that they all said Iran was a huge threat but none of them did shit. George W and Sr both dealt with crisis in the Middle East. Democrats were too pussy to do that and Reagan was the greatest since Lincoln. Who do you have? FDR that was too pussy to take on the Nazis until Japan attacked? Is that your guy? Because any one of those Republican presidents would have fucked Hitler up in 1939 and avoided the war with Japan entirely. Jackass. You are an idiot. Just for different reasons.
That meme is recycled slop. Reagan inherited Carter’s 13 percent inflation and let Volcker break it. The 81-82 recession was the price. Then came the boom. Bush 41 responded after Saddam rolled into Kuwait. The 90 dip was leftover S&L wreckage. Bush 43 walked into Clinton’s tech crash and then 9/11. 2008 was the housing binge both parties fed for years. Trump had record-low unemployment and wage gains for working people until the virus from China hit.
You’re reciting the fool line like it makes you sharp. You’re the one who keeps buying the same cartoon. Recessions, oil shocks, and attacks don’t wait for the right party. You skip Clinton’s ending, Obama’s slog, and Biden’s inflation because the pictures feel good. Four times? You’re the easiest mark in the room.
Recessions did begin under all four:
• Reagan: 1981–82 (the Volcker recession to crush inherited double-digit inflation).
• GHW Bush: 1990–91 (S&L crisis + oil shock from the Gulf War).
• GW Bush: 2001 (dot-com bust + 9/11) and the 2007–09 Great Recession (housing/financial crisis).
• Trump: the short, sharp 2020 COVID collapse.
Clinton, Obama, and (so far) Biden did not have recessions start on their watch. Obama inherited the tail end of the Great Recession. That pattern is real and often cited. It is also not the same as “they crashed the economy.”
Presidents inherit conditions, share power with the Fed and Congress, and get hit by oil shocks, pandemics, and bursting bubbles. Reagan’s recession was largely the Fed’s medicine for Carter-era inflation; the recovery that followed was strong. Trump’s pre-COVID numbers were solid; COVID was not a typical policy-induced slump. “Crashed” implies they uniquely wrecked a healthy machine. Reality is messier business cycles plus bad luck plus some policy choices.
The war part
This is even sloppier.
• Reagan sent Marines to Lebanon as peacekeepers; 241 were killed in the 1983 barracks bombing and he pulled them out. He also tilted toward Iraq in the Iran-Iraq War and had limited Gulf naval clashes. That is not “started a war” in the same sense as a large-scale invasion.
• GHW Bush did start a major Middle East war: the 1991 Gulf War after Iraq invaded Kuwait. It was short, coalition-backed, and stopped at liberating Kuwait rather than occupying Baghdad.
• GW Bush started the two big post-9/11 wars: Afghanistan (clear response to an attack on the U.S.) and Iraq 2003 (WMD/regime-change rationale that did not hold up). Those are the ones that fit the meme best.
• Trump’s first term: no new major war. He continued existing campaigns, hit ISIS, and ordered the Soleimani strike. He ran on “no new wars.” In his second term the picture changed—reporting from 2026 describes a large-scale U.S.-Israeli campaign against Iran framed as regime-change/war of choice. That post-dates the typical version of this meme.
So two of the four clearly launched major Middle East wars. The other two had military involvement that was smaller, reactive, or later.
