The more I am reading (the full 60-page exemption is here for anyone interested sec.gov/files/rules/exorders… ), the more I like some of the things I am seeing here, for example: "Smart contracts must be auditable, publicly accessible, and deployed on public permissionless blockchains, encoding non-discretionary rules." This is great for Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and many other public chains that will be able to host TSVs under this exemption

Qivalis is coming to Ethereum.
@qivaliseu is a consortium of European banks building a regulated euro stablecoin under MiCA.
Qivalis at a glance:
→ 37 banks across 15 countries
→ 1:1 euro backing
→ EMI licence pending with the Dutch central bank
→ Target launch H2 2026
While some other bank consortia have kept their tokenised money on private networks, Qivalis is issuing on a public chain, where the liquidity, the users and the DeFi markets already are.
Dollar-pegged stablecoins are ~99.5% of the ~$300B stablecoin market. Europe is building its answer on @ethereum.

Liquidium Had A Really Busy Weekend On ICP
@LiquidiumFi reaches record liquidity levels on the @dfinity Internet Computer as decentralized lending activity hits an all-time high.
Overall, the protocol processed 91 successful deposit and borrow actions over the weekend, resulting in $6.20M in total supplied liquidity.
Outstanding borrows on the platform have simultaneously climbed to a record $1.73M, marking the protocol's most active period to date.
On-chain data confirms the deposit of 53.1K internet-computer:native into its ecosystem since Saturday.

UNDP operates across 170 countries and territories.
The programme will explore:

UNDP specifically identifies DFINITY’s Cloud Engines and Caffeine AI among the technologies involved.
This is where the potential scale of $ICP becomes enormous.
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud dominate conventional cloud infrastructure.
ICP represents a fundamentally different architecture: compute, applications and data can run on decentralized infrastructure governed by protocol rather than depending entirely on a single hyperscale cloud corporation.
And now a major European financial newspaper is discussing that sovereign-cloud proposition in the context of the UNITED NATIONS.
🇧🇪 Belgium even has a physical connection to this story through ICP infrastructure operating from Belgian data centres.
