A new cast of soft-on-crime politicians will soon take power. My mission doesn’t change: protect the 10 million people of the Southern District of Texas, uphold the rule of law, do justice, and restore order on our streets and at the border. Two more years. Buckle up.

Woke up disappointed today. Then I cooked Steak and Eggs. Somewhere between the sizzle and the first bite, it hit me. Power shifts. It always has. Seasons change, people come and go, and none of it is new. The steak and eggs are still on the plate. So am I. Let's go! MAHA

I went to bed early last night! Woke up at 4:40am when I strange power surge happened. Checked election results in Harris County and it is now 5:00am and there has not been an update since 12:50am. Its outrageous we are so incompetent that we can't count votes in a couple of hours before the polls close.

In 5 hours, the polls will close, and the future of TX-38 will be in the hands of its voters. As a Christian, a husband, a father, a small-business owner, and a proud Houstonian, I got into this race because I care about the future of our great nation and the America my children will inherit. Over the past year, we've built this campaign from the ground up, knocked on countless doors, and heard firsthand from families across TX-38 about the issues that matter most to them. I'm grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey. God bless Texas, and God bless America.

Why vote straight Republican on your entire ballot Tuesday? Here's why: PROMISES MADE. PROMISES KEPT. 1. The border is closed. For real this time. Remember when The Autopen and Kamala Harris told us nothing could be done about illegal crossings without comprehensive reform that would "limit" the crossings to 5,000 per day? Well, we have not released a single illegal alien into the interior of the United States for over 17 months. Same border. Same laws. Different president. Different priorities. Once again: zero illegal aliens released into the country over the past 17 months. It turns out the only thing the border ever needed was the WILL to enforce it. 2. The U.S. murder rate has now fallen to its lowest level since 1900. Read that again. Murders in America’s big cities dropped 21% last year, the largest one-year decline ever recorded. Meanwhile, the FBI doubled its violent crime arrests. The left spent four years searching for the “root causes” of crime. Republicans found them. And arrested them. 3. No tax on tips. No tax on overtime. It was promised on the campaign trail. Delivered by Republicans. Not a single Democrat voted for this. Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill, tax refunds jumped more than 10% this year as tens of millions of Americans claimed new deductions. Your waitress got a raise. Your union electrician got a raise. Did I mention that not one Democrat voted for it? Not ONE. 4. Our seniors got the relief they needed. And earned. Americans 65 and older can now deduct up to $6,000, and Trump has kept his word to leave Social Security benefits alone. (Remember when the Democrats told Grandma that Trump was coming for her check? Grandma’s check is fine. Grandma’s tax bill is smaller.) Thank your Republican legislature and our President. 5. Buy American, write it off. Another Trump promise, and another GOP delivery. You can now deduct up to $10,000 in auto loan interest on a car built in the United States. In Ohio, where we BUILD cars, that kind of matters. 6. The largest tax cut in history. At $4.5 trillion, the package is the biggest tax reduction ever enacted. And it's permanent. Every House and Senate Republican who voted for it is the reason your family keeps more of its money. Every Democrat who voted against it wants that money back. Electing them will allow them to take it. 7. A $1,000 head start for every American child. That's right--Trump Accounts give eligible kids a tax-advantaged investment account seeded with $1,000, and millions of them are already open. A baby born today in Cleveland or Cincinnati or Chillicothe starts life owning a piece of the American economy. Ask a Democrat to explain why that’s bad. Then ask them why they'd vote to eliminate it. 8. The economy is humming. Third-quarter growth came in at 3.4%, beating the hell out of expert forecasts. Inflation is too high, but it's down from where Biden left it, and mortgage rates have come down from the 7% Trump inherited. 9. Energy dominance is back. Drill, baby, drill was a promise, and now it’s policy. Record natural gas exports, Biden’s drilling restrictions reversed, and a Ratepayer Protection Pledge covering 80% of the power delivered to American homes and businesses when a data center goes up nearby. Democrats will eliminate all of it, if you give them the power to do so. 10. Illegals cut off from your wallet. Taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens are now gone. More than 175,000 foreign nationals’ visas have been revoked. The largest denaturalization effort in history. And a nationwide crackdown on fraudulent commercial driver’s licenses issued to illegals. If you’ve driven I-71 next to an 80,000-pound truck lately, you know why that last one matters. 11. Cartels are now terrorists, so they're being treated like terrorists. The cartels are designated foreign terrorist organizations, smuggling networks are being dismantled, gang members are being deported in droves, and more than 10,000 narcoterrorists have been stopped at the door of our sovereign land. Boom. Literally. 12. Your kids’ schools belong to you again. Federal money for “gender ideology” and “equity” curricula: terminated. And COVID shots came off the recommended list for healthy children and pregnant women. Keep that one top of mind. It comes back around when we get to Amy Acton. 13. The weaponization of government is over. Trump cleaned house at the DOJ and FBI and pardoned the pro-life Americans Biden’s Justice Department went after. Exactly as promised. Grandmothers praying outside clinics are no longer federal targets. Imagine that. Want to live under authoritarianism again? Vote Democrat. Because they're bringing it back. 14. Farmers and families win at the grocery store. Wholesale egg prices fell 89% after the Trump administration stepped in, and farmers and ranchers got $12 billion in emergency aid after the Biden years. All it took was the right leadership. And we have it. 15. Our military now fights wars instead of pronouns. Trump launched a full rebuild of the defense industrial base and restored the original names of nine military bases. Fort Bragg is Fort Bragg. As it should be. And as the Secretary of War said: "No more dudes in dresses. We're done with that shit." Every single one of these wins needed either a Republican president, a Republican House, a Republican Senate, or ALL THREE. Lose the House on Tuesday and the investigations, impeachments and government shutdowns start in January. Lose the Senate and Trump’s judges, his cabinet and his agenda die in committee. Never to rise again Credit: Strictly Speaking, Bob Franz

Thank you, President @realDonaldTrump, for your endorsement and continued support! I'm ready to get to work in Congress and fight alongside you to deliver on the America First agenda. From securing our border and unleashing American energy to cutting taxes, defending our freedoms, and standing firm on the Christian values our nation was founded on. There's a lot of work ahead of us, and I'm ready to join the fight!
