Can’t they arrest these people or stop them in some way? Because we throw the word treason around a lot. Everybody’s guilty of treason, but nobody is ever actually arrested for treason unless it’s some, you know, random guy that, you know, spied for the Chinese or something. DATA REPUBLICAN: "Thank you, thank you. So number one, a lot of this is technically not illegal, right? Like you’re saying, like what I mean, if Trump decided to do the Insurrection Act, that wouldn’t be illegal. What these people are doing is not illegal either. [00:53.9] These people are masters at working within the boundaries of the law for regime change, right? Because they, a lot of them wrote the damn laws. That’s how they succeeded in dozens of countries, right? This is a rinse and repeat old playbook that has been so successful outside. Why wouldn’t we do it here? [01:09.4] They’ve created enormous civil society. It’s an apparatus. They’ve trained the judiciary. They preceded the media. They preceded other governments. And you can’t do a thing about it until it actually happens. And it’s far too late." JACK: "Yeah, and and you’re right, they learned it from Brazil." This is just what I’ve uncovered in the last few days, but security for security forces must must must be secured. We must protect Pete Hegseth at all costs and support our military. [01:42.3] Like he may literally be the only obstacle in this plan." 📝*POX note(s): This is the part many will miss. They are not waiting for an election result. They are pre-building the conditions to declare the government illegitimate the moment it becomes useful. The planning is happening inside the legal lines because the people writing the playbook helped write the laws. Same operators who ran legitimacy attacks overseas are now running the domestic version: civil-society networks already trained, media narratives pre-loaded, governors and foreign governments already briefed on the script. Nothing is “illegal” until the trigger is pulled. By then the street response is staffed, the parallel authority is claimed, and the military is the only remaining hard stop. Protect the chain of command. The apparatus is already in motion. The rest is just logistics.
