We estimate that service restoration for #AO3 will take around 2 weeks but it could be up to 4 weeks. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring the site back up in a degraded state sooner. Refer to our status page for updates: otwstatus.org/

i love how everyone had collectively agreed that, after becoming the greatest swordsman, zoro takes up semi-permanent residence in the all blue to bother sanji for the rest of his life AND THEN they ended up mirroring rayleigh & shakky who did exactly that lmaoo

Oda stealing my notes again

A really cool and subtle way for Oda to frame Sanji's defining moment of realising his Conqueror's Haki potential would be for Sanji to ditch his cigarettes.
Sanji sparking up has become recognised as some of his most iconic moments, but the habit of smoking is arguably the core of his struggle with self-worth, as it represents him slowly and wilfully killing himself.
It would be such a small change to his character, but the symbolic impact of it would have the potential to rival Robin's, "I want to live!"

i’ve read hannigram and spirk fics that are god tier and yet i just know they’ll never get deals like this which is so unfair
The hugely popular #HarryPotter Marauders Fanfiction "All the Young Dudes" has landed a trilogy deal titled "Wolfboy."
In the book version, Remus Lupin becomes Reece Morris and Hogwarts becomes the boarding school Hatherlea. The rights are reportedly worth a seven-figure sum!

breaking my silence that I think this fic had none of the canon compliance it claims and grossly mischaracterized Remus Lupin and people treating it as 'basically canon' need to stop

"if you open this fic you'll see something upsetting and i don't want to hear you cry about it later bc i just told you, you would" that's what it actually means at its core. not what it's supposed to mean originally, but it is how it's used now

the whole point of New Gods is that it’s an artist driven book by one guy building a visually coherent mythology about his experiences in war
when has a modern writer brought anything but their middle class neuroses to these characters

"You're a loser"
I hope your favorite niche comic character gets poorly adapted with a talented and charismatic actor playing the role so they permenantly override the character's public perception and brand synergy causes their performance to bleed back into the comic books
