Dear Honorable Judge Gildea,
Karen Read fought for her freedom (twice) against a corrupt government.
It took THREE plus years but she WON.
After she was found innocent, she immediately sued them to hold them accountable for what THEY did to HER.
Their response: sorry…you waited too long, the statute expired during your criminal trial(s).
FYI- this woman needs to be made whole again (if that’s even possible).
People need to be held accountable so we can regain trust in our system.

John Fanning, Brian Tully's first officer and right hand man in the now-infamous Norfolk County State Police unit, will be called as a defense witness by Matthew Farwell in the federal trial related to Sandra Birchmore's death.
The DOJ will be crossing Fanning (this will occur towards the end of trial, after the prosecution rests their case-in-chief).
The DOJ has already laid extensive foundation that Fanning and Tully's state police unit, along with the Norfolk DA's office run by Michael Morrissey, covered up Sandra's murder for years (until FBI and DOJ intervention exposed it all).

He paid premiums for 14 years without filing a single claim.
He spent $800 hiring a professional crew to pressure wash the roof and sent time-stamped proof the next day.
They refused to reinstate the policy unless he paid a 40% rate increase on a new policy.
Property insurance isn't risk management anymore.
