Here is the disgusting immoral aspect to Calif's position.
They endorse Judge Carter's "Well just go prosecute the illegal voters" view.
By letting pretty much anyone who asks receive a ballot and cast a vote, California is feeding many unwitting immigrants to federal prosecution followed by deportation.
AND ... CALIF .... DOES .... NOT .... CARE.
Illegally casting a vote is not only a crime, it is a deportable event. Legal Resident Aliens and those in the U.S. on bona fide asylum claims are subject to removal because casting a vote is a false claim of citizenship under the INA.
But the Dems in Calif got the vote and the vote was counted.
From them the response to the deportations is "Big whoop. There are more aliens where those came from."
Dems on this issue are disgusting immocal crectins who betray those they purport to champion -- all in pursuit of power.
If they really cared about the non-citizen they would get them off the voter rolls so they can't expose themselves to potential removal and separation from their families.

Point of Legal Clarification:
The "Temporary" in TPS is a designation given to the Country. It is NOT a description of the protection given to citizens of that country.
It is distinguished from "chronic." Problems in the country cannot be both "temporary" and "chronic."
While "temporary" conditions meeting the statutes requirements are present, the COUNTRY is placed in TPS.
That is not a basis for residents of that country to leave and come to the U.S. -- those would be refugees and we have refugee programs.
TPS means people from that country already in the US at the time of designation cannot be sent back as long as the follow certain rules. That applies to both legal and illegal aliens.
That does not transform "illegal" into "legal." Their status remains what it always was -- they simply enjoy freedom from removal while the designation is in place.
The designation is removed FROM THE COUNTRY when its conditions are adjudged by the Sec. of DHS to be either 1) no longer present, or 2) in a state of chronic status rather than temporary.
The citizens of that country never change their status they had before TPS. If they were illegal before TPS they remain illegal after TPS.

There is a peculiar class of modern Westerner who believes history has been permanently retired.
They speak of conquest the way a child speaks of wolves. Simply confident it no longer applies, offended that you would even mention it, and deeply upset when reminded that teeth still exist.
They insist the world runs on rules now and that borders are sacred. Also that true power has been replaced by paperwork.
This belief is not moral in the least. It’s f*****g archaeological.
They live inside institutions built by violence, defended by men they no longer understand, and guaranteed by forces they refuse to acknowledge. Like tourists wandering a fortress, they admire the stonework while mocking the idea of a siege.
They confuse order with nature. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Then blame the person that reminds them of this.
Civilization is not the default state of humanity. It is an achievement that is temporary, fragile, and expensive. It exists only where force once cleared the ground and still quietly patrols the perimeter.
A lion does not debate the ethics of hunger. Neither does a starving empire.
History is not a morality play, it is a pressure test. When pressure rises, abstractions collapse first. Laws follow power; they do NOT precede it. Property exists only where someone can prevent it from being taken. Sovereignty is not declared, it is enforced.
The modern West outsourced this enforcement, then forgot the invoice existed.
So when someone points out uncomfortable realities (whether about Greenland, Venezuela, or the broader balance of power) they respond with ritual incantations: “You can’t do that.” “That’s wrong.” “That’s against the rules.”
As if the rules themselves are armed. As if history paused because we asked nicely.
This is how empires fall. Not from invasion alone, but from conceptual rot. From mistaking a long season of safety for a permanent condition. From believing lethality is immoral instead of foundational.
Every civilization that forgot how violence works eventually relearned it the hard way. The conquerors did not arrive because they were monsters; they arrived because their victims could no longer imagine them.
The tragedy is not that power still exists. The tragedy is that so many have forgotten it does.
Idk who needs to hear this but civilization is a garden grown atop a graveyard. Ignore the soil, and someone else will plant something far less gentle.

108 years ago today, a red-headed farmer from Pall Mall, Tennessee did something in the Argonne Forest that still doesn't seem real.
Alvin York grew up dirt poor, a hard drinker and brawler, until a religious conversion in his twenties changed his whole life. When the draft notice came in 1917, he asked to be exempted as a conscientious objector. His church opposed war and so did he. The Army said no.
His battalion commander spent hours going through the Bible with him, trying to convince him that a man could fight and still be right with God. York went home on leave, prayed on it for two days on a mountainside, and came back ready.
On the morning of October 8, 1918, York was one of 17 men sent to slip behind German lines and knock out machine guns near Chatel-Chehery, France. They surprised a group of Germans and captured them. Then the machine guns on the ridge above opened up. Six Americans were killed instantly and three more went down wounded, including the sergeant in charge.
That left Cpl. York in command of seven men, most of them pinned flat guarding prisoners.
So York went to work. Every time a German gunner raised his head to fire, York shot him. He'd been shooting turkeys in the Tennessee hills since he was a kid and he was not missing at that range. When six Germans charged him with bayonets, he drew his pistol and dropped all six, starting with the last man and working forward, so the ones in front wouldn't realize what was happening.
A German officer, Lt. Paul Vollmer, emptied his pistol at York and missed every shot. Watching his men fall one after another, Vollmer finally called out in English and offered to surrender the whole position if York would stop shooting.
York agreed. Then he used Vollmer to order other German positions to give up as they marched back through the woods.
By the time he reached American lines, York had killed 25 men and was herding 132 prisoners in front of him with a handful of survivors.
When a general told him he'd heard York captured the whole German army, York said "No sir. I got only 132."
He was promoted to sergeant and received the Medal of Honor. New York threw him a ticker tape parade. Companies offered him a fortune to endorse their products and he turned almost all of it down. He went home to Tennessee, married his sweetheart, and spent years raising money to build a school for kids in the mountains who had no shot at an education.
When Hollywood finally made his story in 1941, he agreed partly to fund a Bible school. Gary Cooper won the Oscar for playing him.
The man who didn't want to go to war became the most famous American soldier of it.

At that time, just the word "communism" was feared throughout our nation.

There are eight levels of control…
1) Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty - Increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them.
3) Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.
That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control - Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government . That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare - Take control of every aspect (food, housing, income) of their lives because that will make them fully dependent on the government.
6) Education - Take control of what people read, listen to and take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion - Remove the belief in God from the government and schools because the people need to believe in ONLY the government knowing what is best for the people.
8)Class Warfare - Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. Eliminate the middle class. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the rich with the support of the poor.
Here is our scary future: Six of those levels are already being pushed - ARE YOU AWAKE?
All of these levels are being worked on including erasing history, and destroying monuments now.
Another thing that happens when tyrants take over, they remove the police and put their own henchmen in their place.
