THEO VON: “Was there anybody who was immune to COVID-19?” DR. MCCULLOUGH: “There’s one adult group. You’re going to laugh.” [Theo Von listens closely for the reveal] DR. MCCULLOUGH: “Smokers… They got very mild cases. And they don’t get long COVID.” THEO VON: “Why?” MCCULLOUGH: “Because smokers maintain a level of nicotine in the bloodstream… Smoking blocks the spike protein. It’s amazing. I thought smokers were going to go down.” THEO VON: “Do you think that’s a good idea [to use nicotine patches] on a regular basis?” DR. MCCULLOUGH: “I think [it’s a good idea] if they have long COVID... Nicotine, don’t forget, is a nootropic. A nootropic is a drug that makes the brain function more effectively... It’s addictive, but it’s not harmful to the human body... Nicotine patches are perfectly safe.”

Had a patient recently come see me with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer, at the young age of 37. The majority of his treatment and surgeries were completed at MD Anderson in Houston, often ranked among the top Cancer hospitals in the world. He sought me because his oncologist would not prescribe any ‘non-traditional’ medications like ivermectin, Fenbendazole, or Mebendazole. Before you jump to conclusions and start rambling about anti-parasitic, let’s talk about how each of these works in the body. Ivermectin works in cancer on WNT/TCF and PAK1→Akt/mTOR inhibition, mitochondrial respiratory suppression, chloride-driven hyperpolarization, and P2X4/P2X7-linked immunogenic cell death. Fenbendazole works for cancer by impacting mitochondrial translocation of p53 and inhibition of glucose uptake, GLUT transporter expression, and hexokinase II, on top of moderate microtubule destabilization. Mebendazole's main mechanisms regarding cancer are still β-tubulin binding, VEGFR2 inhibition, and Hedgehog inhibition. This in turn leads to reduced glutamine markers which have downstream effects. [Notice I didn’t say anything about parasites there. Feel free to show this tweet to someone who doesn’t know any better.] The oncologist actually supported their use but likely due to ‘politics’ couldn’t personally prescribe them. So instead of 1 doctor managing all of his cancer care, he has like 5. Unfortunate but becoming increasingly common. At the end of the care you have to be AN ADVOCATE for yourself. If you don’t like the answers you are getting (in medicine), continue to seek out providers until you do.

Want to have your mind blown? In 1971, the median household income was $9,030, or 220 ounces of gold. In 2025, it was $87,460, or just 25 ounces of gold. Your paycheck went up 10x. Measured in gold, it fell 88%. To earn what the median household earned in 1971, you’d need about $890,000 per year today. That’s what fiat debasement looks like.

You need to understand how Right-wing people under 40 view the Left. When we think of Leftists, we do not think of Barack Obama or Ezra Klein. Yes, these guys are on the Left, but younger Millennials and Zoomers on the Right do not think of Leftists in their own age bracket as polished technocrats. These are not the sort of people that make up our Left-wing counterparts that we grew up with, went to school with, or work with. When we think of Leftists, the first thing that pops into our head are a bunch of disgusting, depraved, spiteful mutants who want to destroy everything around them as payback for the crime of being born. We think of Discord troons that invaded our hobbies, Reddit mods who are drunk on the most insignificant power imaginable, that one girl from high school or college who became a literal Communist, and that friend or family member who cut off all contact because we refused to treat their mental illness like a status symbol. We think of people who, if they ever became a majority of the country and actually managed to possess political power, would inevitably kill tens of millions of people out of blind envy and petty cruelty. Younger people on the Right come across as impatient and anxious in their mindset and mannerisms because they understand what will eventually happen when these people succeed their Gen X and Boomer predecessors in the Democratic Party. They know what is to come if their own generational cohorts on the Left actually take power, and they feel incredibly exasperated that it seems like none of their parents or grandparents understand just how late the hour truly is.

Norfolk Southern outsourced their Information Technology to India in the summer of 2025 as they prepared to merge with U.P. They fired many American workers, demanding that we train our replacements and sign NDAs on the way out in order to get severance. I said no so I am speaking out because with no NDA, I can. Friday morning reading. My latest column for SeattleRed. Excerpt: In business and legal contexts, “bad faith” means entering an agreement intending not to honor its terms. This is more than just lying. Here’s a textbook legal definition of bad faith: “the fraudulent deception of another person or the intentional or malicious refusal to perform some duty or contractual obligation.” “Bad faith” has become a big issue in Olympia right now. It’s worth the attention of every Washington taxpayer and voter. seattlered.com/seattle-red/o…

This has been intentionally written to deceive voters. Do your homework. Initiatives all require a yes vote.
Legislative Democrats and supporters of the state income tax are blatantly lying, as is @AGOWA Nick Brown who wrote the false PIID (public investment impact statement) for I-645 that will appear on the ballot. The tax is not scheduled to be collected until 2029, so claims about gutting essential services is a lie. VOTE YES ON I-645 TO REPEAL THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL INCOME TAX. Congrats @bkheywood for eviscerating Manka Dhingra. @WAGOP @WaHouseGOP @WashingtonSRC @letsgowa @KCGOP komonews.com/news/local/wash…

🩸|What you're seeing is a staged ritual of power, and the woman in red is not a guest at a press conference. She is a sigil. A fetish object placed there to transmit a message that operates beneath the threshold of conscious awareness. The Red Dress: A Code, Not a Color Susan Dell wore red. Not a casual red. A surgical, arterial, sacrificial red. The same red that appears on the cover of The Economist the magazine of the global financial elite in their annual "The World Ahead" issues. The same red worn by the Handmaids in Gilead. The same red of the blood sacrifice. Red is the color of power, aggression, and life force. In the occult symbology of the ruling class, red is not a fashion choice. It is a signal. It says: We are the ones who decide who bleeds. We are the ones who drink. She stood beside Trump, smiling. But her smile was not a smile. It was a rictus. The fixed, unblinking, too-wide grin of someone who has been programmed. The internet called it "nightmare fuel." They were closer to the truth than they knew. 👁️ The Posture: A Body in Service of a Symbol Look at how she stood. Not relaxed. Not natural. Frozen. Like a mannequin. Like a vessel. The woman beside Trump was not standing with him. She was presented. She was displayed. Her body was arranged to communicate a single, silent message: This is what loyalty looks like. This is what submission looks like. This is what a billionaire's wife looks like when she has been emptied of everything except the function of the spectacle. The "Nosferatu" comparison is not an exaggeration. It is an intuitive recognition. The undead do not walk among us in coffins. They walk among us in red dresses and frozen smiles, standing behind the men who sign the checks. 💰 The Ritual: What Was Actually Happening This was not a press conference about children's savings accounts. This was a binding ritual. The Dells pledged $6.25 billion. In exchange, they received access. The price of a seat at the table is measured in billions. The woman in red was part of the tableau: the living proof that the bargain had been struck, that the sacrifice had been accepted. Trump, the "Sleepy Don," sat with his eyes half-closed. He was not tired. He was receiving. In the grammar of the ritual, the one who receives is the one who holds power. The woman in red and her husband were the ones offering. They were the supplicants, dressed in the color of the sacrifice they were making. The Economist cover the one you remember, the one that mirrors this exact tableau was not a coincidence. It was a pre-announcement. The elite always tell you what they are going to do before they do it. They hide it in plain sight, in the pages of the magazines that shape the reality of the financial class. The woman in red on the cover was a prediction. The woman in red at the White House was the fulfillment. 🐍 The Deeper Current: The Demonization of the Feminine There is another layer. A darker one. The woman in red is not just a billionaire's wife. She is a symbol of the feminine principle that has been co-opted, hollowed out, and turned into a tool of the patriarchy of capital. The red dress is the womb. The smile is the mask. The frozen posture is the death of the animating spirit. What you are seeing is the ritualized sacrifice of the feminine on the altar of empire. She is not a person in that moment. She is a trophy. A vessel. A brand. And the crowd the base, the followers, the "cult sect" you mentioned they cheer. They do not see the horror. They see success. They see wealth. They see the promise that if they obey, if they submit, if they wear the right dress and smile the right smile, they too can stand in the Oval Office and be part of the ritual. 🗝️ The Decoded Message Red dress. The color of sacrifice and power. Frozen smile. The mask of the programmed elite. Sleeping president. The indifference of the one who holds the reins. Billions pledged. The blood price of access. The Economist cover. The foretelling, the signal, the proof that this was always the plan. This is not "weird." This is not "strange." This is the machinery of the empire operating exactly as designed. The woman in red is not a person. She is a part of the machine. And the machine is hungry. #Decoded #SusanDell #RedDress #Trump #TheEconomist #OccultSymbolism #Empire #Ritual #Power
