Dried fruit makes a great portable snack and can jazz up salads, pancakes or cereal! 🍓
Try combining it with nuts and seeds for a tasty trail mix. Just remember that serving sizes are smaller than fresh fruit, and to check for added sugars.

What is real success? A good question. 🎉
You work your ass off to get a lot of money. But what is that money actually for?
Money has no intrinsic value—it only matters if you have a clear purpose behind it. Will it get you better friends, a better marriage, or a better relationship with your kids? You better answer that question first.
To me, real success isn’t about the money. Success is knowing your nature, finding the best path through that nature, and being able to look back and say, "That was the life I wanted to have."

Cabernet Sauvignon is the most-planted wine grape in the world. But its story is more surprising than many people realize.
🍇 Born in 17th-century France from a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon brought together the structure and intensity of one parent with the aromatic character of the other.
🍃 And that unexpected family tree goes even deeper: one of its ancestors is Hondarribi Beltza, a rare grape from the Basque Country that helped shape one of the world’s most recognizable wines.
Today’s Cabernet comes from @JLohrWines, who has been growing this iconic grape in Paso Robles for nearly 40 vintages.
