Not a single state wide candidate on the Republican side was willing to hold a debate with their opponent. They didn't think they needed to stand up and present their ideas to Texans.
Remember that tomorrow when you're in the voting booth.

đšBREAKING: The Republican Womenâs Caucus Fund has been unmasked as the force behind the fake Texas Transgender Student Union (TTSU). This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms.
Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materialsâaddressed to the children of registered votersâcoached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parentsâ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a âfound family.â They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address.
Legal filings named the Republican Womenâs Caucus and âJohn Braunââthe name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxtonâs Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSUâs lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton.
TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims.
So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of âindoctrinatingâ or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targetingâso parents would see it and react.
Every Republican accusation is a confession.

A Republican women's group is behind a fake Texas transgender student union that sent text messages and brochures to as many as three million voters this month.
The Republican Womenâs Caucus Fund and someone named John Braun were identified as those responsible for the scheme that riled up voters just as early voting began, according to legal filings made public late Thursday. The identities were ordered to be revealed by a Travis County judge. bit.ly/48q1oVa

So let me get this right: if youâre a corrupt right-wing leader who loses an election and is under investigation you get asylum?
If youâre a mom and kid fleeing violence youâre not?

Q: Are you the one whoâs going to turn Texas blue?
@JamesTalarico: Iâm not interested in turning Texas blue. I wanna win this seat so that I can fight for all 31 million Texans â whether theyâre Democrats, independents, or Republicans.
My party talks about turning Texas blue a lot. Republicans talk about keeping Texas red. I think the best color for Texas is purple.
When you have a purple state and competitive elections, it forces every politician in both parties to stay on their toes. My hope in this race is that we can end 30 years of one-party rule and get competitive elections back in Texas so politicians are actually solving problems.

First stop on Ken Paxtonâs âCome and Take Itâ tour in deep-red Rockwall, Texas, and heâs standing on a flatbed trailer inside a half-empty hangar, delivering a speech to a crowd so small you could practically take attendance by name.
The White House claimed there were 16,000 non us citizens in Nevada that were on the voter rolls⊠after being forced to provide data to this they dropped their made up number to 185⊠Nevada investigated the 185 names and discovered that all of them were legal us citizens that were legally allowed to vote. Meaning the Trump White House was only off by 100%.

Itâs pretty telling that NONE of Texasâs statewide Republican nominees will debate their Democratic opponents. And theyâre all behind in the polls. Pure cowardice.

James Talarico's closing statement:
You may have noticed that I haven't talked about my opponent at all tonight, because I don't want people to vote just against Ken Paxton. I want them to vote for me. I want them to know my values and my vision.
But we are running against the most corrupt politician in Texas. Since taking office, Paxton has increased his net worth by $27 million. He now owns 15 homes. We have an opportunity to defeat him and this entire corrupt system.

As a Mayan woman, my âbuildâ is tied to my cultureâs diet. Taught from an early age, nixtamal is made by boiling + grinding maize that was soaked in a calcium-rich alkaline mixture for tortillas/tamales (supports thicker bone mass, unlike Maseca). Donât be xenophobic đ also, not having osteoporosis is awesome! đȘđœ

Greg Abbot has had 12 years to invest in Texas public education. He hasnât. Across the state, schools are struggling. 150 districts operate 4 days a week because they canât afford 5.
You don't get four more years to do what you wouldn't do in 12.

I'll be voting for that bastard who cheated on me repeatedly. The same bastard I had to drive his truck and flee with him to avoid HIM being subpeonaed by a never ending series of criminal investigations. Why you ask? I'm a republican woman, its what we do.
#TXPol: "I'm Texas Senator Angela Paxton. People have asked my thoughts about this election and turns out, I have some ... I'm voting for the Republican ticket on November 3rd."

Hi, Talaricoâs awful consultant here. We didnât use AI.
Strange concept for you, I know.
âI donât have to use AIâ in ad using AI.
LMAO Talaricoâs consultants are awful. This is so bad.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The ad is a standard direct-to-camera video of Talarico in a physical studio with real TV props; it does not use AI. Talarico states in it that he does not have to use AI, and his consultant confirmed the production used none.
