Another case of someone feeling suicidal facing #HMRC action related to the #LoanCharge. Disgracefully HMRC have not classed them as vulnerable or shown any compassion.
HMRC refusing to accept any settlement & demanding impossible payment terms. The opposite of what they claim.

These people have paid their full dues as advised. The arrangement was condoned by HMRC for 20 years before they changed their minds and decided to recoup some money from people who had no desire to evade tax merely, as is the right of all us,to minimise it.
