We're being programmed to think of homeless people who are just trying to survive as criminals & hopeless "druggies" who deserve the horror of living on the streets, but they're coming for you too. You WILL be priced out of existence, with MAiD there to preserve your "dignity".

How many times are disabled Canadians supposed to be completely ignored in the budget while living in a state of literally unsurvivable poverty which is killing people & driving them to get MAiD before we stop getting treated as hysterical for calling it social murder & eugenics?

Notice how this Canadian doctor doesn't even mention pain or suffering when pitching euthanasia as the ideal way to die. It's framed as a solution for loneliness and anxiety. But people who are lonely and afraid deserve love and care, not hastened death.

In 2024, 692 Canadians asked for MAID and then withdrew their request. A person with dementia who signs an advance request can’t do that once capacity is gone. No death for dementia. Keep hope alive.

β€œIf I go missing or disappear, it was not of my own free will. If I turn up dead, it was not by my own hand.” A Canadian woman has posted a terrifying public warning about a man she identifies as James Scott Stewart. She alleges that in January 2026, while she was 40 weeks pregnant, Stewart brutally beat her, strangled her nearly to death, and forced castor oil down her throat. She says she survived because the RCMP intervened. Now, according to her account, a judge has decided Stewart will be safer on probation than behind bars. She says he will be free again in six weeks. She also claims this is the eighth time the justice system has failed to protect her and her children. And perhaps the most disturbing part of her message is that she is publicly identifying the person she fears will kill her. This woman is telling the world she is afraid she won’t be alive in six weeks. Her allegations and the court’s decision deserve immediate scrutiny. I share about missing women all of the time. When do we start preventing this before it actually happens? This woman is begging for help. She knows he is coming for her.

Not one single person believes this is true. Israel doesn't believe it. Washington doesn't believe it. Nobody reading about it in the New York Times believes it. But we're hearing about it anyway like it's a real thing, because too many powerful people want more bombing in Iran.
BREAKING: Israel has informed the United States it has intelligence that Iran is 'considering the use of chemical weapons against its adversaries', according to New York Times report.

My birthday is the (7th) and my wish would be to receive a little bit of help for necessities. Greatest needs are Groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies and two bills. November is going to be a really difficult month and the help would truly be a gift [email protected]

I have to share this until we can get through this time. Hopefully very soon. Groceries are needed and work is covering rent and utilities. That left me all of the additional winter things that needed to be done. Please share, relatives. Lots of love today. A rest day for me.πŸͺΆπŸ₯°
Those who follow and find some things I write of, an interest, we gratefully accept kokum gifts and we use that for survival and share with others. Blessings to all and wishing you love, comfort and peace in your week ahead. πŸͺΆπŸ’•

The British starved Ireland and then cited Irish poverty as evidence of Irish inferiority. The Belgians extracted the Congo’s resources for a century and then cited Congolese underdevelopment as evidence that Africans needed to be governed. The Americans sanctioned Cuba for 66 years and then cited Cuban economic difficulties as evidence that socialism doesn’t work. The structure is the same. It has always been the same. You remove the conditions necessary for success. You wait. You point. You conclude. The only thing that changes across centuries and continents is who’s being pointed at.

"I don't understand why they're pushing AI so hard when we can all see it's making everything worse." That's because it's not being marketed to you; it's being marketed to governments and plutocrats. They're the real target audience for these products, not you. You are not receiving the real sales pitch for AI, because the real sales pitch would not appeal to your sensibilities. The real sales pitch for AI isn't "Hey check out this product, it makes some web searches slightly easier and it can maybe write your emails for you." The real sales pitch for AI is "This product allows you to surveil the entire population of your country. It can be built into autonomous surveillance drones and killing machines. It can allow you to monitor and control every aspect of your society. It can reverse the decentralization of information brought on by the internet age. It can take away the collective bargaining power of workers and give you the skilled services your company requires. It can nullify strikes, civil disobedience, and even full-scale revolutions, and lock humanity into your capitalist dystopia forever." That's the real sales pitch. It doesn't sound appealing to any normal person, but it makes sense when you remember who these technologies are really being sold to, and why.

Please don't ignore this! I live in legislated poverty due to disability supports being "woefully inadequate." I cannot afford to meet my basic needs. I post daily for help, but I often go days and weeks between donations. My last one was 7 days ago. paypal.me/damienito

Life and death legislation being politically manipulated by combining two separate issues into one single vote. Sums up MAID in Canada. You can make a choice, no one said it would be a fair one. Autonomy under the government's purview.
1/ Ottawa will introduce legislation tomorrow about #MAID. The legislation is expected to exclude MAID for people whose sole condition is a mental illness and allow provinces and territories to set out conditions for advance requests for MAID.

essential reading! free online!
Unravelling MAiD (linked in the thread & available online for free) is a required read authored by field & patient experts. It’s a critical examination of Canada’s death program through the lens of law, policy, ethics, disability rights & more. I highly encourage you to read it

Remembering Tracy Latimer: Every life has equal worth Today we remember and honour the life Tracy Latimer who died 33 years ago today. All these years later, we must continue to confront the terrible message that some lives are less valuable because a person has a disability or requires support. Inclusion Canada CEO Krista Carr says "Tracy's story is a solemn reminder of why we must remain vigilant, courageous and unwavering in defending the inherent value, worth and rights of people with intellectual disabilities." You can read Krista's full commentary here on our blog. We encourage you to share it this weekend in your networks: inclusioncanada.ca/post/reme… (Photo credit: Torstar)

My god. They're intending to turn all of West Bank into a trap Palestinians can't escape. It's what they did in Sabra and Shatila in 1982 and it was a massacre.
