“US election prediction is about math, but it’s also about faith. And this time I have it, if only because I can’t countenance living so scared of what everything is saying right in front of my eyes. I believe in the wave. And, somehow, it’ll crest deep in the heart of Texas”

It's kind of funny how a lot of Democrats think like 70% of Americans secretly hate Trump and will vote that way once Trump's opponents finally call him their insult of choice. Reminds me of in 2024 when people were like "Kamala would win by 7 if she calls him fat in the debate"
It drives me INSANE that Democrats shy away from this so much! Was there some poll that they were all handed ten years ago that said that you can’t call him a dumbass and instead have to say pablum like “he’s not looking out for you”? Why would I want him to look out for me? HE’S A MORON!!!

Every Dem is using a sophisticated model called “PTSD” that subtracts 5 points from every red state Dem and 10 for Maine and South Carolina
This has turned into kind of a weird election. And this is just based on social media, not any reporting. But based on vibes from Republicans, you'd expect Democrats to end up with 55 Senate seats. But based on the vibes from Democrats, you'd expect 50.500001.

TRUMP on HIGH GAS PRICES: We’re making money like we’ve never made before. They’ll say: President Trump is bragging about all the money they're making while people are suffering at the pump. I don’t give a damn. We’re making a freaking fortune.

In Texas, breaking down cumulative turnout by precinct buckets paints a pretty stark picture. In precincts that Harris won by 30% or more, we're at 101% of turnout compared to this point in 2024. 100% of turnout in the 15-30% bucket and 102.5% of turnout for the 0-15% bucket.

“Brady was a good player for us who played hard for most of his time in Ottawa. He also isn’t a generational talent who left. If we want to debate the future of the Sens, it starts with being honest about what Brady was, what he will likely be, and what his time in Ottawa meant”

Most counties are gaining on 2024 as the day goes on, but here’s the 11am data Hays randomly opens at 9am so it’s only at 20% of its voting day, everyone else is 33%!

You can tell that kid at the townhall was a plant because Rogers had talking points and media hits designed to use AES's response as a talking point. When Abdul immediately disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood, Rogers and his team have to just pretend like that didn't happen.
Rogers: He didn’t disavow the Muslim Brotherhood Bash: He said, 'Sure, yeah.' Rogers: No, that’s not true. I don’t know why the press is so eager to protect this guy

florida being the first big state we get on election night is so awesome. if it goes good, we can expect the rest of the night to be just as good if not better. if it goes bad, we can reasonably come to a conclusion its because its florida

More fake news from republicans trying to push a narrative using random one off polls
Seems to be a pattern of generic ballot tightening. Republicans are coming home to roost, at least for house races.

DHS raiding a member of congress's home to search for immigration paperwork filled out decades ago by her now-deceased father really checks all the fascist police state boxes.

Representative James Talarico has never received treatment from Lindner Center of Hope.

Right-wing scam accounts desperately trying to invent this Talarico hoax story definitely makes me think the real internal polling is HORRIFIC for Paxton. This shit is so desperate.
