The funny thing is Julius Malema's political obituary has been written and re-written since 2010. Every single year since it has new scriptors, & they never tire in their zeal.
We’re seeing in real time the end of Julius Malema and his politics.

The EFF was bringing water to communities and helping students finish their schooling. Who else would I be invested in?
Interesting phenomenon, the youth are pro EFF

Many women find themselves in the same situation and it never makes the news. But when it happens to a man, it’s on the headlines
When Joram Kimani’s wife left after the birth of their son, he found himself facing an impossible choice: go to work to survive, or stay home with a baby who had no one else. This Kenyan father chose not to leave his child behind. Joram had previously worked collecting taxi fares and raising pigs. He sold his animals to buy a motorcycle and began working as a motorcycle taxi driver. But with his son barely two years old and no one available to care for him, Joram began carrying the little boy inside his coat while working. According to his account to Afrimax, he still doesn’t understand why his wife left. He says he would even welcome her back. Their home is vulnerable during heavy rain, and the two struggle to afford the basic necessities of life. Joram has appealed for help—not because he wants sympathy, but because he’s trying to provide a safer future for his child. “She abandoned me when I needed her most,” he said. Behind every fare he collects and every journey he makes is a father trying to keep his son fed, protected, and close. Sometimes, a parent’s love looks like carrying the entire weight of the world—and a little child—on the road to work.

You people are just incredibly immature. Some of us have been caretakers of our parents & siblings & we are brave for them becuase our love for them transcends our own fear. Your emotional immaturity was so deep seated that only having a child could shift that. I didn’t need that
Unpopular opinion: most people who don’t have kids never fully grow up. The reason is simple: you can’t be fully mature if there’s nobody in your life who truly matters more than you, someone you’d be brave for because your love for them transcends your survival instinct.

Rather they’re being honest about their immigration policies while others are shouting Abahambe in the streets and burying their real policy in a manifesto they know no one will read
They are not being xenophobic

They tell voters without water to go shower at hotels Nobody wants to introspect
If this is not a wake up call for the ANC, then it's well and truly dead. They still have 2 years to convince the country they still deserve to occupy the Union Buildings. I hope for their sake and the sake of the country, they're listening.

Leave us alone
1. My final advocacy thread urging people to vote for Helen Zille. This entails a vote for the DA. I have said before & I say again, JHB is dying because of the actions of its political elite. Helen is the only one with experience of a municipal turnaround. Without her JHB dies.

honestly no woman who has genuinely understood feminism has ever regretted it. if you think feminism is something women should feel embarrassed or regretful about, you probably never understood it in the first place. hope that helps.
I genuinely think a time will come when many women will regret supporting the version of feminism being glorified today. And I’m not talking about equal rights, opportunities, or financial independence. I’m talking about pseudo-feminism that teaches women they don’t need a man, compromising is weakness, making sacrifices is losing yourself, and that earning money means you should never have to adjust for anyone. Where respecting your husband is called submission, putting effort into a relationship is considered desperate, and walking away is celebrated more than working things out. And I think many women will realise how damaging this mindset was, perhaps in their late thirties or forties, when they look back and understand that they were taught to see partnership as a burden rather than something worth building. I genuinely believe that day is not very far away.

Helen Zille could soon be the first white mayor of post-apartheid Johannesburg. Such a result could point to the beginnings of a less racialised politics economist.com/middle-east-an…
