gentoo.org/news/2026/10/24/e… On 2026-10-20, it has been disclosed that the private keys of eight eMudhra intermediate CA certificates have been compromised. These keys can be used to issue forged CA certificates that would be considered fully trusted by the affected software...

Very easy to mitigate, questionable communication ☠️

You should read the report... Its hella easy to mitigate (hence why we pushed it)... Before you start screaming, you should check the reasons & rationality (as well as feasibility)... I would rather catch it now than have to deal with IR tomorrow...

hahaha imagine I bring this shit at work, my colleagues would laugh for the next 6 months. That's the most performative bs ever but that's my kind of joke too
It is becoming f*cking dangerous A 23-year-old dev from China just ran 300 Claude Code agents in parallel and hooked them to a verification layer so none of them could bullshit him He opens the live dashboard: - 300 agents writing and checking at the same time - Every output verified against the source in ~100 ms - Three passes over 100 company profiles → zero errors left - Everything dumped straight into an Obsidian vault The trick is the split: one model does the work, a cheaper one decides if the claim is actually true. The loop doesn’t stop until everything checks out An analyst team would bill weeks for this. He got it in one run Same kind of Second Brain + swarm setup that keeps circulating. Experience taught me it’s a little bit of both always, they’re the two faces of the same coin

A rust app to manage all the tools battery level with Raspberry Pi plugged behind the charging stations, i built it for a big airline corporation. They switched to a new battery platform that integrated that technology straight up, so my hacky solution just felt bad lmao.
What’s the coolest thing you built… that got absolutely zero traction?

I anticipate OpenAI releasing a new workhorse model like Opus5.5 that will bridge the gap and make up for it. I’m absolutely certain in the end we will see an increase in productivity. This industry is extremely competitive I doubt the reduction is the new normal…
I’ll explain the new Pro 200 plan differently, before I start live tweeting from DevDay on things that are going out! Today we are going to ship a number of things that increase what you can do across the Plus and Pro plans. A lot of compute is online for this increase. As we increase the floor, we are changing the relative difference between plans to be Plus = 1X Pro 100 = 5X Pro 200 = 10X and we are reopening subscriptions for Pro 200 (we had paused it). If you have an existing plan you will keep the 20X multiplier for a bit and also receive a lot of additional credits because we know changes are hard even if it means that everyone will get more in the end.

So i work on planes cybersecurity and various avionics systems for a living. That’s my 9-to-5 job. It’s difficult to explain critical systems without immense boring wall of text, but this market is extremely averse and borderline hostile to brittle automation technology.
You're going to have to deal with the fact that nobody knows exactly what the future role of programming languages and frameworks are. Maybe it all does go away and it's a straight shot from prompt to microcode! But best you can do today is get the most out of what's here now.

After 30 years of gaming, difficult to list 9. I went with total playtime, years and impact on my life. Some like Turok, Zelda, Civ2, AOE2 & Starfox had an immense impact, but, it's not on Dota2 level 10 000 hours or let alone WoW nearly twice as much. Diablo2 I owe my career
This was significantly harder than I thought it would be.

The worst part is that even though it increases the pressure slightly, Alphabet is so monstrously immense it will take a large amount of those to reach some VP playing Golf and make him move.

This is outrageous. I can see many people starting to turn blackhat and teaching these greedy companies a lesson.
