This isn’t possible under current law. Banks don’t track immigration status when accounts are opened. Some of Trump’s EOs now make it harder for illegals to open banks, but you would need to overhaul federal law for it to happen.
It would also require the federal government to access and scrutinize the bank account and social security information of every person living in this country. I’m not opposed to it, but aren’t these the same people constantly melting down over Palintir? They larp as authoritarians, then claim it’s a Peter Thiel conspiracy when we get something that resembles that.
What was Palintir doing with DOGE? Centralizing government data across agencies so that the Social Security Administration has the same info as say, DHS. You guys LOST YOUR MINDS over this.
Efficiency aside, this is an important prerequisite to do something like mass freezing illegal alien bank accounts. There would need to be a uniform database between Social Security and law enforcement. Yet they tell you Palintir is the antichrist. Make it make sense, genuinely. Complete larpers.

I have been saying this same thing since Trump won the election. All you have to do is make it hard for them to live here in America. Which means simply cut off their money, benefits and ability to have a bank account. If you do that, they’ll all leave

If we have 20 million illegals and 70% have their bank accounts shut off and seized. That’s 14 million that would likely self deport instantly

As we approach the midterms next week, whatever happens, it feels good to know that I've used 95%+ of all my political commentary over the last two years since Trump got back in office to attack and expose the Left for the existential threat that they are.
Donald Trump is the best president we've had in the last 50+ years. His miraculous 2016 election, and even more miraculous 2024 comeback after the lawfare and assassination attempts, are the only reasons we still have a free America today. Imagine being ungrateful or hating Trump; couldn't be me!
I've avoided the conservative infighting after Charlie Kirk's assassination, I've focused on the main issues, and refused to be pulled into circular firing squads about podcasters and personalities.
We've come to the aid of good Christians and faithful pastors across the country with @BaptistLeaders, and I've given my time and focus to help many people in ways that don't "raise my profile" or profit me, just because it's the right thing to do.
I can't even fathom coming to election day as a conservative Christian with a track record of endlessly "punching right" or shilling Never Trump talking points. What a waste of life and time.
My head is held high and conscience is clear.
It's time to be a patriot again and vote for a straight Republican ticket. Because that's what patriots do.

This is absolutely correct. We do not change immigration laws to accommodate the outliers.
There is a process and it's a fairly lenient one already.
You can want your friend to stay over so long they live with your family, but that does not take place without an adoption process.
The only people who “belong” in America are American citizens.

I find it hilarious that we have to pretend Trump was calling for anything other than a swift trial instead of one that drags on for three years. Jesse wasn’t even claiming James wanted the trial to last three years. That was never the question, and anyone with even a little common sense knows what Trump was saying. He wasn’t ordering the trial wrapped up in a month. Yet somehow Jesse is the one “straw-manning” him.
The motive is obvious. In any functioning society Tyler Robinson would already be facing execution. The fact that he isn’t is the real travesty.
“But the President should be clear, he’s literally the President”. It’s just all so gay man. Yes, after 10 years of hearing Trump speak and watching idiots twist his words, I can assume that he was probably just saying this case should be done swiftly instead of taking 3 years. I think that makes more sense than he’s helping in the coverup and trying to throw out all evidence that frees CIA/Mossad MKUltra plant, Tyler Robinson. Any good faith critique of Trumps words must follow with “he’s being too emotional because of how close he was to Charlie”. Anything else is basically implying he’s aiding in SOME type of cover up.
