Two of Gboyega’s poems are published in the June issue of @PoetryFound. I wrote a remembrance piece for the issue.
My bro, I wish you could see all the places you work will take you.
Big love to the team at POETRY for helping to make one of Gboyega’s dreams come true.

The politicians condemning Netanyahu's invasion of Rafah are the same ones who insisted that cutting off food, water, and electricity to Gaza back in October was the the right thing to do.

Thanks to everyone who submitted to Issue 13! We received 2409 poems. Poetry doesn’t really matter when a genocide is being perpetrated. Or maybe it matters more than ever. Who knows. We’ll be in touch soon x

ALT Poem by Fady Joudah Suddenly I “in ablaze” died. Suddenly time quit lingering. Suddenly you can’t find my body, can’t bury what you can’t find. My final poem, I wrote years before my hour arrived. Suddenly my voice, thought voiceless because stateless, gave voice to a noisy world. Suddenly “a kite.” Suddenly I.
Today we announce the launch of Poems for Palestine: Recent poems by nine Palestinian poets & actions you can take to stop genocide now. Please read and share as widely as you please!

MORE SKY is 1 year old today! It’s been the strangest, saddest year of my life. Amidst all the funerals I attended, the book took me to some cool places. Big love to everyone who’s connected with the work thus far.

Israel killed my friend, the drone camera operator so there will not be aerial footage to show the massive destruction on the main way in the middle area. Israel killed all the journalists with drones or intercepted and stole their drones as you saw before. But I’m trying to show you with my phone and camera. It’s all about destruction, it will take years to rebuild all of this. People are exhausted everyone is tired, we’ve lost a lot.
